If I could give zero stars I would. Chris the manager no help - and the rat infestation in this place is ridiculous. Rats everywhere !!!!!! Pick any other storage place instead. Disgusting dirty filth nasty rat filled building ! STAY AWAY !!!!

I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage thanks to Ariana! It was my very first time using a storage unit, and I was having difficulty with the lock. Ariana came right over and helped me without any problem. She was very patient, professional, and friendly throughout the whole process.
She also took the time to give me helpful information about accessing my unit and how to use the gate doors properly, which made everything so much easier and less stressful.
