    Bought a floor model microwave and trim. Microwave was great but the trim was missing pieces to hold the frame I had to purchase the floor model trim ($400). 4 weeks have passed, no part and very poor communication. Microwave looks like it's sitting in a large hole in the wall. Very disappointed with MrG and their customer service.

    I have been buying all my appliances at Mrs. G’s since 1987 because they consistently make the process easy, have always given me good advice and have the best installers. Everyone I have dealt with has been so professional. I highly recommend Mrs. G’s-you can’t go wrong

    We were pleasantly greeted when we entered. The showroom was clean and easy to navigate. The best part was that we were allowed to look around without being approached by an aggressive salesperson. Stacie Bancroft helped us when we were ready. She was pleasant and helpful. We will definitely be buying from Mrs. G’s in the future.

    We've been a long term customer of Mrs G . . . always had superb service but Mary in Customer Service today outdid the high standards of Mrs G. Our dryer, purchased 15 May 2025 died . . . just within the warranty period. Mary was very understanding professional and clearly cared about getting our dryer up and running. While she couldn't fix it herself she got the repair person scheduled and then FOLLOWED UP to be sure we got the message as to the scheduled time. Leo arrived promptly, saw the problem, fixed it with no muss, no fuss and was on his way. In today's no-service economy these professionals reinforced the wisdom of dealing with Mrs G all these years.

    Salesman Matt was great in taking care of our purchase of our new clothes washer. Explained what each charge was for (delivery/install/remove old machine/etc.). He also let us know that the machine we wanted was currently not in stock but that more were on the way. About a week and a half he called us that our new machine was in and we set up a date for delivery. Delivery were very professional and even helped reset one of the leveling feet on our dryer that had slipped out of adjustment without our even asking - nice! Do not hesitate to take a look at Mrs G's for appliances.
