  We had such a great experience dealing with everyone at Mrs G Appliances. Our sales guy / Mgr Kenneth Cruz helped us with our purchase . We had previously went to Home Depot , Lowe’s, and another mom and pops store but they were unable to give us what we were looking for along with this unreasonable delivery time for a range and dishwasher . My husband and I remembered our parents and grandparents buying their appliances from Mrs G’s and they were always happy with their service . We even had these appliances delivered to Freehold- which we thought would be an issue - but not for Mrs G’s! Our installers were very pleasant and handled items with care. Instructions given, and they hauled away our old stuff too! We would highly recommend! Thank You all at Mrs G’s Happy Customers Lisa and Dennis Murphy

Expert Knowledge: We had a personalized shopping experience with a highly qualified salesperson—our rep knew the specs and details for every single appliance we looked at. Truly impressive! 3. Great Value: They proactively pointed out available sales, discounts, and rebates. 4. Attentive Service: They took the time to listen, understood what features we actually needed (and which ones we didn't), and offered thoughtful recommendations. 5. Support Beyond the Sale: Their entire team is genuinely helpful, from the sales floor to customer support. We love our new dishwasher, btw. Thank you, Mrs. G!

  I recently bought a bottom freezer fridge from Mrs. G. On the day I purchased it, people were nice in the store and it was delivered quickly. However, since then, I have had a couple of concerns regarding some condensation on the gasket (that I have never had with any of the fridges I have owned before) and multiple visible insulation covered holes at the bottom of both doors. After a visit at the store and a phone call to Mrs. G's customer service, a technician was sent to my house. He spent the entire visit explaining to me how he could not fix anything, so I need to keep wiping the condensation off the gasket. I sent an email and a follow up email regarding the holes in the doors, and Mrs. G's customer service replied after a few days without being able to solve any of the issues. I am sorry to say that I haven't had the best first experience at that store.

  Our salesperson, Fred, was very knowledgeable. He was very patient and willing to show us all models and took the time to explain the differences. I would definitely recommend going to Mrs G for your next appliance need. They are great to work with!

  I bought a refrigerator and on top of the price there were added delivery, set up and door handle change charges added. My delivery was horrible, refrigerator was not leveled, the door handle change resulted in a scratch on the door because one fellow really did not help the other. While several men came the next day to level the refrigerator and check the scratch, I became responsible for dealing with the replacement door through another company, appointment setting, receiving the new panel and unboxing myself, and having the old panel in front of my house til my township took it away. Where was the service I paid for? I received a refund for the door handle exchange…42$!!! All I did was spend money for a new refrigerator!
