    Great customer service and advice from the sales manager when finding the best washing machine for our home. I’m confident we wouldn’t have gotten that level of service from a larger chain. It was an easy process that felt like being in store talking with someone, but from home. Delivery was on time, quick, and simple. And I was provided a 2 hour window vs needing to be home waiting for them all day. Will order from them again when given the chance.

    I have just bought a fridge from Mrs. G and had a very good experience. Everyone was nice and helpful throughout the process. It was delivered two days later which I appreciated in this heat!

    Bought a fridge from here. I came ready with the measurements and the salesman found me the perfect one for my kitchen. It was delivered and installed for me the next week and it looks and works great. The whole process was efficient and painless.

    We always have a good experience at Mrs. G’s. Last week, we went in looking for a new microwave. We were greeted by Debbie and staff. Then Stacie helped us to find what we needed. Showroom to installation, everything went well. I highly recommend Mrs. G.’s.

    The mother board got fired on our new steamer oven within one use and they wouldnt replace the unit .After waiting for 2 months, we posted a negative review on Mrs G( which we removed later )and we immediatialy received a phone call.Please note they will take immediate action when you post a negative review..The oven was replaced After 2 years it stopping working while descaling . We reached out to Miele and the technician stopped by mentioned it was a software update and he was surprised why they sent him instead of remotely fixing it .We paid $250 for his visit and after 7months same issue ,they are unable to fix as the service issue has expired again we need to pay for the technician visit.Total waste of money spent on this crappy product.Miele brand has lost its loyal customer for lifetime.Not worth it.Why do you even track applainces with software ?Why would Mrs G support selling applainces which requires regular maintenance?Our oven is a dead piece of junk .We spent $7000 for this piece of crap.
