  Horrible experience. Douglas the salesman lied to me. I was going to have my husband install the blinds but was told by 2 of the salesmen it 's much better if they do the install. My husband is very handy, and I was fine with him doing the install. Douglas told me they could do the install and measure other windows in my new build home at the same time. We have ALOT of windows so I decided that would work. When Josh came to intall the blinds I was told he doesn't do measurements, just install. That was the only reason I paid for the install. I was also told my blinds would be inset. There is a headrail that sticks out about 2" from the window frame... that's lie #2. I called Doug to explain this is not acceptable, and he tried giving me the run around. Im waiting to hear back from his manager. I don't appreciate being lied to. I also expect better customer service for the price of these blinds. Also the quality of the faux wood blinds is poor, especially for this price point. The blinds do not hang evenly or sit flush on the windowsill.

  The professional manner and quality of installation was unparalleled. Just please don't make it so hard to post a positive review. The gentleman who installed our blinds did a great job and the price was right for the quality of work he did. You guys get 5 stars.

  Vinny at the Lakewood showroom was extremely helpful. He asked good questions to help us narrow our decision making. He was very knowledgeable on all the products. He explained the process and steps very clearly. He was a pleasure to work with.

  We went to blinds to go today in Lakewood NJ Our salesperson was Vinny Ballaccomo. We couldn't have asked for better. He explained everything in detail to us. Very professional and extremely nice. He is an asset to the company. A pleasure doing business with this company.
