Contacting Blinds to Go first contact was informative and appointment scheduled quickly. The sales person, Ty, arrived at my house on time and was a joy to deal with. Ty explained the process and answered all questions completely. If there was a question from me, Ty answered honestly and he made sure all facts were correct! Also let me add, Ty was polite, making sure to respect my furnishings. I will definitely order more plantation shutters and will request Ty be the salesman! The quality of the shutters is exactly what I was looking for, at a price that was more than reasonable. Very happy with this purchase. The installer, Mike, also arrived on time and completed the installation efficiently and again, respecting my furnishings. The shutters look great! Great job Mike. Thanks guys!!

Impressed with the cleanliness and efficiency of this Lakewood location. I walked in with no appointment and Lin was super helpful and very friendly alongside being knowledgeable about the materials and my needs vs budget. She took her time and I didn’t feel pressured or rushed, there was no overselling or hidden add-ons. The in-home measurement process was easy, and that gentleman was also super professional and nice. Joy called to confirm my final measurements and selections, and I think it’s great that the design consultants work as a team to make sure the customer service is top notch. I can’t wait for the install- I will happily update my review with photos!!

I had such an amazing experience with my Blinds To Go sales representative! From the moment I started working with them, I felt like I was more than just another customer. They were incredibly kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to help me.
They took the time to listen to what I needed, answered every question I had, and worked incredibly hard to make sure everything was taken care of. Their patience and willingness to help made such a huge difference, and I honestly cannot thank them enough.
It is rare to come across someone who puts this much genuine effort into helping a customer. They made me feel valued, heard, and confident that I was making the right choices. Their customer service was absolutely outstanding!
If you are looking for blinds, I highly recommend asking for them. They are an absolute asset to Blinds To Go, and I hope the company knows just how appreciated their hard work is. Thank you for going the extra mile and making my experience such a wonderful one!

The salesman Ty. Is his name who came to my home to help me with the blinds and drapes was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the moment he arrived, he was so warm, personable, and easy to talk to that I felt as though I had known him before, rather than meeting him for the first time.
He is a true people person, with a cheerful personality and a wonderful way of making the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. Even his outfit was bright and cheerful, which perfectly matched his positive nature.
I greatly respected his professionalism, his knowledge, and the thoughtful guidance he gave me throughout the appointment. He listened carefully, answered my questions, and helped me feel confident about my choices without ever making me feel pressured.
What impressed me even more was his graciousness and dedication on such an extremely difficult day. The temperature was close to 100 degrees, yet he arrived with a smile and remained patient, kind, professional, and fully attentive throughout the visit. I truly appreciated his commitment and the effort it took to provide such excellent service in severe heat.
He represented the company beautifully, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring assistance with blinds and drapes.
