  Outstanding customer service from my first call to moving out. I worked multiple times with Manager Victor and Asst Manager Esam. Both were above expectations and experiences I’ve had elsewhere. I will go out of my way to utilize this storage facility if I need to use one again. Thanks!

  I rented here solely for the 24/7 access. That is until I found out it was total false advertisement. Upon arrival for move in, no human was at the office. I had to use a little video screen outside the locked door. Eventually, a human decided to show up. The human brought me to my unit, and when I asked about the 24/7 access, he gave me a paper card with an email and says "explain to them why you need it?" Um, I work 3pm-11:30pm, and it's jersey city traffic during the day? Duh. Who wants to move a box trucks at the most dense time of the day for roadways? Not me. I sent these people everything but a vile of blood, and I'm sure if they can take that, they'd take that too. I sent them paystubs, clock rings, badge with employer address, etc. All of which shouldn't be any of their business to begin with. Once the human and I were finally done on the office, I have to enter my code 3 times every time I need to get in, 4 if after hours. Keypads EVERYWHERE. Yes, other facilites have keypads, one or two at most. This place was annoying. That's without even having any items to load or unload. Elevator is tiny. Good luck getting a couch through there or any large home item. I spent the entire week calling customer service, remind them I'm moving from one facility to theirs, and I need the 24/7 access. Calll center couldn't do anything but ping a chat message to the local site. Local site never answered, not even calling every day got through to them. Finally, 8 days after move in, the call center said it was approved. I showed up after hours, put in my code, says "see manager" and the gate did not open. Absolute BS. I literally sat there with a loaded box truck, and found a competitor who system gave me the code right away, no human needed and I didn't have to wait til business hours. Now, they refused to refund after false advertising and a unit I had no means of using and never saw a single item of mine inside of it.
