After 1 month and 10 days all my boxes was blow out and all the furniture has become covered in mold due to humidity and leaks. Check the pictures and think twice when you rent that storage
After my call to the storage they says “you signed the form , that you responsible for all damages, if there no insurance” . So guys, this is “EXTRA SPACE LEAKING STORAGE”. They should have to change the name with more description of that bullshit

I have been with Extra space since I lived in NY and the last 2 years since I moved to NJ. And it’s my fault because I stay with this company. I found out that 24 hour access was no longer an option for customers, when I showed up for an overnight clean out session with a team I hired. No communication was sent out regarding this update, it was even confirmed when I called to complain!!! I was accommodated with a $50 discount on a $270 bill!! The staff there literally sits in the office all day, as you rarely see them in the facility hallways. Yesterday I spent 4 hours in my unit organizing and had to listen to a trapped mouse the entire time! I have smelled dead ones here before, and just recently, saw that they have been in my unit, in my dried florals. The door to get to my unit is always stuck so you have to pull it with all your might. This has been like this for several
Months. There’s trash on the floor all the time, particularly this metal pole that’s been on the floor for over a month, which is alarming because the police were just in here on Saturday informing us that this is the 7th time this one particular officer has responded to a theft claim here! Advised us to move to another facility due to lack of security and management’s willingness to get a camera system installed in the hallways. But let your bill be a day late or leave garbage by the DUMPSTER (NIT AVAILABLE TO CUSTOMERS) that’s when they show urgency!!!! Terrible facility and staff (Except Regina).
