She has helped me multiple times here and at the other location in Jackson which she managed as well. I sometimes have requests and Amanda always makes it happen which is why I'll always stay at this location. Thank you.

When I pointed out her mistake, she started yelling at me over the phone. So I hung up. I will never talk to her again. Obviously she doesn’t communicate with Amanda because we have already spoken with her regarding the account. It’s a shame because half the time we had great experiences. Keep up the good work Amanda. We will be back very soon and get this all taken care of.
