  Ms. Rodriguez was very informative and really helped me find the best quality at the price that worked for my budget. She was knowledgeable about not only the products in store but what might be available company wide. Alex, the store manager, was helpful when it came to financing options. He was upfront and honest which helps make the experience less stressful and more of a partnership with his clients. If these are examples of your staff, I will definitely be shopping with Raymour & Flanigan in the future.

  Just bought my first king size bed for my family from R&F! We wanted something organic and firm, we had a great experience with our sales associate Josephine who showed us all of our options and listened closely to our needs. She was super understanding of how desperately and quickly we needed a new bed while still considering our preference for chemical free and organic materials to keep my family safe and healthy. 10/10 would recommend!

  I purchased a Beautyrest Black Hybrid mattress from this location and worked with Allison. She listened to my requirements, clearly knew the inventory well, and was patient as I narrowed my options down. I walked in assuming I was going to go with one mattress but she helped me find one that was a better fit for me. I’m very happy with the mattress and the overall service and process.

  R&F furniture has been proven to be quality products. I have purchased from them a few times before. This last purchase was a pleasure to work alongside Alison, our sleep consultant. She is professionally kind and took the allotted time to explore our options considering our weight, alignment, sleep positions along with our budget. We’re beyond pleased thus far. Our delivery was the next day from order date and our delivery expert, Ramon was a pleasure to work with. Thankful for the experience. Truly a smooth transaction from beginning to completion.

  I have been a Raymour & Flanigan customer for many years, and I wanted to take the time to recognize Khalil at the Iselin location for providing truly exceptional customer service. Khalil was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process of selecting my furniture. What impressed me even more, however, was the level of service he provided after the sale. When an issue arose involving the cancellation of an order, Khalil went above and beyond to help me rectify the situation. He took the time to assist me, followed through, and made sure I felt like a valued customer. Too often, people are quick to write a review when they have a negative experience, so I felt it was equally important to recognize someone who exemplifies what excellent customer service should be.
