I heard they fired a great customer service oriented worker named Sonel. She was better than the place itself according to another customer . I noticed they have other personnel spying on you while you sort your belongings. Looking to steal from you, which they actually do. No good. Stay away. Avoid like the plague. Go elsewhere. Bait and switch going on there. Will double your monthly rate quick with no warning I heard
