Our experience with the facility in Irvington , nj was exceptional. ANN was very helpful and extended her extra time and patience with us due to us uploading the truck and being from out of town, and took into consideration our deliema that we encountered. Please do not be upset or give her negative or disciplanary action for her using her customer service skills. THANK YOU AND HER AGAIN SHE HAS A HEART FOR THE PEOPLE.OR I WILL SAY AT LEAST FOR US ON YESTERDAY. I do have a question why does this facility close so early and access can't be after 7:00 pm ,your other facilities you have access later hours at least until 9-10pm. It is because of the area in which the facility is located? Thank you so much Ann.for a job well done.
