The customer service provided by Sarah and the manager, Jess, was unacceptable. We purchased an item that cost $25, but it was broken. We simply asked if a discount could be applied since the item was damaged. We were told there was "nothing they could do," which left us wondering why customers are expected to pay full price for broken merchandise. What made the experience even worse was how it was handled. When Jess came over, she chose to whisper to Sarah instead of speaking directly to us. As a manager, that came across as dismissive, unprofessional, and embarrassing. We spent over $50 in the store, and instead of feeling like valued customers, we felt ignored. The interaction also left us feeling that we were being treated differently, and it raised concerns for us about whether bias may have played a role in how our situation was handled. While we cannot know their intentions, the experience was upsetting and left us feeling unwelcome. Overall, this was one of the poorest customer service experiences I've had. I would not recommend this location based on how we were treated and hope management takes customer service and professionalism more seriously.

Cashier told us we had to get back on another line then proceeded to take other people that just walked up. Manger was standing on front end looking confused and never got lines to speed up. Ill shop in the brick hobby lobby much better
