After I reserved the unit, Ashley followed up quickly with a call. She was warm, personable, and clearly knowledgeable. I really appreciated her quick follow-up after my rental, as I was concerned about the 24-hour move-in requirement. I explained my situation, and she was very flexible and understanding, which was a relief since I have my dog to consider.
