Talk about being caught off guard……Needed some temporary storage for some house hold items on the fly and walked into extra storage.
I was immediately greeted by both Olga and Tom. Right from the start they were both knowledgeable and friendly, assisting me with resolving my storage problem.
They both took the time to show me multiple units and help me figure out what fit was best for my needs. At first glance this just appears as if they were doing their jobs, but please take it from me that these two individuals are absolute gems! Extra storage as a company should be grateful that they have them as employees. Because of their extra effort and attention to detail I would never consider using another storage facility company ever.
They both truly understood the true meaning of customer service and making me the consumer, feel as if I was family!
So thank you Olga and Tom for being incredible human beings and making what should have been a non event into a memorable experience!
