- RSroslyn sannsOct 2, 20261.0Rude staff, talking shit about the customers to other customers at the registers. a fully disrespectful staff from managers and to the cashiers. Don’t go there if you value being respected.
- JDJacqueline DeMarsOct 2, 20261.0Worst staff I have ever encountered. I'm also pretty sure the manager has never worked in customer service before. Corporate should make that man take a course on how to treat customers when they make a complaint about his staff mistreating people. Wish I could give this establishment 0 stars!!
- TCTimothy CooneyOct 2, 20261.0Employees were rude, and manager was incompetent. Corporate needs to visit this location and enforce better policies top to bottom, this is ridiculous
- TSTricia SannsOct 2, 20261.0It’s a shame because I do love hobby lobby, unfortunately a few of their employees have made my shopping experience dreadful and I will never step foot in that store again! The people at the register are extremely rude, the store manager will make excuses for them and justify their actions. I thought they were a great company, I hope some higher-ups go to see that location and make some kind of improvements because their customer service is disgraceful!
- AAAdrianaOct 1, 20265.0The staff members were very cordial and ready to help for whatever you needed.
