  We had an outstanding experience at the Hoboken Lovesac store. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure we had the best possible experience. A special thank you to Raul, who went above and beyond throughout the entire process. They were incredibly patient, took the time to answer all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed. Their professionalism, product knowledge, and commitment to customer service made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to find a team so dedicated to helping customers find exactly what they need. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend the Hoboken Lovesac store to anyone considering a purchase.

  After several months of researching and deciding on the right couch, we finally made our decided on our living room sectional with integrated sound at the LoveSac store in Hoboken, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Every team member we worked with was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer our questions, explain options, and never made us feel pressured. The real standout, however, was Raul, the store manager. In every interaction, he went above and beyond to ensure all of our questions were answered and that we felt confident in our decision. His professionalism, expertise, and exceptional customer service were unmatched. Raul’s dedication to making sure we had a great experience was one of the main reasons we ultimately chose LoveSac. If you’re considering a LoveSac purchase, I highly recommend visiting the Hoboken store and working with Raul and his team.   Absolutely LOVE our love sac couch! We’ve had the couch for about 3 months now and can confidently say it’s one of our best purchases! Worth every penny! HIGHLY recommend working with Raul at the Hoboken location. He was super personable, knowledgeable, and so great to work it! Cannot recommend love sac and Raul enough!

  From our first appointment to the completed couch, I have been very impressed with Lovesac’s customer service. We had planned out and designed our couch in the showroom; and then built it when it was shipped to us a week later. Building one is a two-person job; the covers are not for the weak! On the last leg of my last side built. I had a cross-threaded female sink. After calling the store, our salesperson (Joseph, who has remained our main contact since) troubleshot with us on finding a solution. He was going to replace the whole side for us, until we realized we only needed the leg attachment. The next day the piece (and a whole new leg assembly kit) was waiting in the store for me. With a little creative tool work I had the new leg replaced in about 5 minutes. I am loving my perfected couch now and couldn’t be happier!
