    Clean, well-organized store with a strong in-stock selection across multiple departments. Parking was easy, the layout felt straightforward, and several items throughout the store were clearly marked on sale. Staff members I interacted with were friendly, helpful, and easy to approach. The overall environment felt well maintained and efficiently run. Also appreciated how accessible the location is and how easy it was to move through the store without feeling crowded or chaotic.

    I had a great experience at Lowe’s. Demetrius provided quick assistance and helped me find the mower I was looking for, along with the matching battery that was stocked on the top shelf. He was efficient and made the process very easy. Amber also provided excellent customer service. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to address my questions and concerns. I really appreciated the support from both associates and the positive overall experience.

    I received a gift card to lowes. When I went to use it, I was revealing the security numbers, they scratched off completely. No one in the store could help, and I called the provided dedicated help line for gift cards. I was disconnected twice, and when I did get someone, they were asking the same questions repeatedly. I hung up due to frustration. I guess thats what the plan is in this case. I asked everyone I know, if they are getting gift cards for me, get Home Depot! That's a $100 gift card I can't redeem.

    I’ve always used Lowe’s since buying my home 14 years ago, a lot of money was spent here. But I can’t continue after what I had to endure this week. I had Lowe’s as always come give me a quote for replacing floors in 70 percent of my house. Employee from Lowe’s came out measured did what he had to do and left no questions for me nothing. Got my quote was perfectly fine with it for materials and labor (which they subcontract the labor out.) I went through agreeing with everything waited weeks for materials and was patient. When the guys from the sub contracted company came out and just lifted up my rug they knew I had to replace my top layer of composite ply wood because of the uneven surface for hardwood floors. So now my price doubled from original quote which they guy that gave me the estimate from Lowe’s in the first place should have lifted the rug seen that and let it been known. I already had 70-80 boxes of hardwood floor in my house and other products everywhere with all my furniture moved. My hands were cuffed at that point and had to agree to the extra $5,000. Lowe’s needs to do better that’s terrible professional business from a long time buyer.
