  The employees I dealt with were nice and professional, so I want to make that clear. Unfortunately, the condition of my storage unit and my belongings was extremely concerning and, in my opinion, completely unacceptable. When I opened my unit, I was shocked by what I found. There was water damage, moisture, mold, and bugs inside the unit, and several of my belongings were damaged. Finding my personal property in these conditions was extremely upsetting. The most concerning part is that I had no idea my belongings were being exposed to these conditions until I physically accessed the unit. I was paying every month to store and protect my belongings, only to find them sitting in an environment with moisture, mold, and bugs. I understand that unexpected problems can happen, but discovering mold and water damage inside a storage unit is not something I consider a minor issue. Some of my belongings were damaged, and there is no telling how long the moisture and mold had been affecting everything before I found it. Again, the staff members I personally dealt with were kind and helpful, and I have no issue with them. My issue is with the condition of the unit and the condition my belongings were left in. Paying for a storage unit should mean you can reasonably expect your belongings to be kept in a clean, dry, and protected environment.After this experience, I would not feel comfortable storing my belongings here again. I strongly recommend that anyone using this facility check their unit and belongings regularly rather than assuming everything is okay.

  About a week ago I went there with my wife, and a girl named Candi treated us badly. At first she acts nice, but then she starts insulting people. No one has ever insulted me or spoken to me like that before. I even think they may be racist toward Black people like me.

  We had to wait for so long for the manager and even then they were very rude. I had already made my payment for the storage unit and when I got there they said they can only use an ID or a Driver’s license, I am an international student and barely stay here and they refused to use my passport. I had a flight in the next few hours, when I asked them why they even took the money in the first place she said they can return it and that was so rude because they should have informed me earlier because then I would never have made my plans with them if I knew they can’t use my passport. I honestly think she could have been nicer especially for someone in the service industry.
