We had a fridge coming in and the ppl working it were so horrible and did not move our fridge and install as stated in said paper we even offer cash tip for them to do so and say they now allowed and that there being timed….so we pay thousands and can’t even move the fridge out? And in the same household. Definitely if you get a fridge make sure you read everything cause apparently they’ll switch up on you. 0/10 and the customer service representative lady was extraordinarily disrespectful and not professional, definitely need to train this lady in customer service again

My experience today at the Hackettstown Lowe's was disappointment
2 managers stood there and watched one of their associates struggle to complete an order and didn't even come to provide additional customer support or customer service as a former employee of 10 years. I'm shocked at their behavior. Most managers they willing.to work hard, not these two people. They need to

Payed for 10 bags of mulch to be delivered due to a recent surgery. I got 9 bags. Was told the first day it would be delivered. Second day it never showed up. Called again and now I can only receive a refund for one bag. Terrible customer service for someone who is handicapped. The manager is useless

I bought a refrigerator from them and it broke in under a year. Apparently they didn't disclose it but it had been sitting in the warehouse for 2 years before I bought it. I bought a warranty plan with it. The repair people have been out four times now and it's still doesn't work and it hasn't been replaced
