I’ve had a really great experience with Extra Space Storage. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained. The staff at the desks were amazing guys, they are friendly, professional, and very helpful . They gave me discounts which I really appreciate. I especially appreciate how easy it is to access my storage unit . I would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone looking for a reliable and convenient place to store their belongings.

The lead, Daniel, at this location is extremely curt and dishonest.
I reserved a unit that was listed as 10x15, but when I arrived, it turned out to be an irregularly shaped unit—approximately 3x5x10 or something similar. Daniel told me it had been listed as an irregular unit on the website, which it was not. He claimed it was still technically a 10x15 because the total square footage was equivalent. He then insisted that I was mistaken and must have overlooked the irregular designation.
After negotiating for a smaller unit, the only option left, I later realized it still would not meet my needs. Daniel told me that because the listing error was not my fault, I would receive a refund if I moved out by 7/18, even though I had rented the unit through 8/12. I moved out as agreed, but when I called to confirm that I had vacated the unit, he acted as though he had never made that promise.
Fortunately, I was able to contact the district manager, who reviewed my situation, confirmed that I was entitled to a refund, and resolved the issue professionally and courteously.
If you choose to rent from this location despite the rude staff, I strongly recommend viewing the unit in person before signing anything. I was told there are several irregularly shaped units, so you may think you’re renting a standard 10x15 or 10x10 only to arrive and find that the unit’s layout is very different from what those dimensions would normally imply.

I would not recommend this storage facility. The unit was dirty when I received it with dust debris rust and what appeared to be insulation or other material scattered throughout the space. The hallways were also poorly maintained with dirt leaves and debris throughout the building.
This facility is not climate controlled and the conditions inside the units reflect that. The metal framing shows significant rust and the overall property appears neglected. I raised concerns about the condition of the unit immediately and requested a refund but was denied.
I also did not feel comfortable accessing the facility alone. The hallways were dimly lit and the environment felt isolated and poorly maintained. As a woman I did not feel particularly safe coming here by myself especially during quieter hours.
If you are storing furniture electronics documents or other items sensitive to heat humidity or dust I would strongly consider another facility. Cleanliness maintenance and customer service fell well below my expectations and I was disappointed that my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed.
