Im having a good experience at extra space storage. I’m actually at this Extra Space Storage location right now, and I have to say I’ve had a great experience. The staff has been incredibly friendly, professional, and reliable. They’re always willing to answer questions and make sure everything goes smoothly.
The facility is clean, well-maintained, and feels very secure. I like that access to the storage units is simple and convenient, while still having good security measures in place, which gives me peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe.
Overall, this is one of the best storage facilities I’ve used so far. Great customer service, excellent security, and easy access make it a place I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dependable storage unit. Five stars!

I specifically paid for a climate controlled unit expecting a clean and well maintained environment for my belongings. Unfortunately the unit I was shown had what appeared to be rodent droppings along the perimeter of the floor as well as debris staining and signs of poor upkeep.
Climate control does not mean much if the facility is not being properly maintained. The condition of the unit made me uncomfortable storing furniture clothing and other personal items there. Customers should not have to worry about cleanliness or possible pest issues when paying extra for climate controlled storage.
