We first met with one of the owners, Michelle who walked us through options and helped us design our custom swingset for our two kids. We had a bit of a time crunch to get it done before my son's birthday. Michelle worked hard through all different logistics and factors to delivery it two days before his birthday. She was responsive throughout the whole process. Brian and Ray did the install and were thorough and professional throughout. I would highly recommend them! My kids love their new swingset!
- OLOwen LeeApr 18, 20262.0Not trending in a good direction so far. No complaints with the initial part of the process. Problems began at installation, where the "cafe" component was not installed. It has been at least 3 months (possibly longer) and they finally came to complete. Turns out, they didn't have one of the parts they needed, so "cafe" still not complete. I'm check the actual work done today, and the quality is poor (gaps, split wood, etc.). I look around the whole playset, and note some of the same elsewhere. I've just called to have this addressed. Will update.
