  Friendly staff with modern updated facility, free truck usage and a 12 month price lock! Located close to the college town, but far enough away from any of the chaos lol. Great place to safely store you valuables.

  Started off fine rented a 10x20 got the free truck rental came back to rent another unit got the free truck rental David called the next day asking for a favor and asked if we could bring the truck back because he forgot he had a reservation from 2 weeks ago and said they only needed it for 4 hours and he would give us an additional day with the truck. We waited all day for him to call back to let us know when to come get the truck and he never called. I called him and he said he gave the truck to the reservation who showed up late but also gave it to someone else so it wouldn't be available till the next day. That put me in a bad situation since I needed all my stuff out by the end of the next day. I had to find a truck at the last minute at 6pm on a Saturday. It cost me over 300 to rent and David never called me back to get the truck again. I did stop in to let him know I would still need the truck and to let me know when it was available and he never called me. He tried to tell me the truck was a courtesy they give to new renters like that made a difference I was already using the truck so the new renter was SOL if the truck wasn't available for them. But because I was considerate I got screwed in the end. Bad customer service. Did he try to make it right by offering a "gift card or something" to get a bad review taken down....I guess.
