  Well, because of their negligence when they turned the system on, they did not go through everything on my lawn thanks to them It’s ruined and dead now, they are charging me for coming out again for their issues and they don’t wanna come and just look at it. they wanna charge me. Stay far away of these crooks and unprofessional company. I would not give them even one star just look at the pictures.

  I had an excellent experience with Chris Dahla, the service technician who worked on my irrigation system. Chris was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything clearly, and offered several excellent recommendations and practical advice to help keep my system running efficiently. It's refreshing to work with someone who is not only skilled at what they do but also genuinely interested in helping the customer. Chris is professional, courteous, and clearly takes pride in his work. He is a tremendous asset to Ecosystem's company, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing irrigation service. Thank you for the outstanding service!

  The estimator spent 90 minutes at my house, which I initially appreciated. Throughout the walkthrough, he heavily emphasized the quality of their layout and service, making comments about how other companies would quote different head counts, strongly suggesting their design was the best one to consider. However, the presentation fell apart when I did my homework and asked basic, technical questions before signing. Interestingly, this company completely missed the recommendation for a township irrigation submeter—the other two companies I consulted brought it up immediately. When looking at the water lines in my crawl space, the estimator wasn't entirely sure how they would execute the plumbing tie-in, though he had a general idea. In my follow-up, I simply asked them to include the actual plumbing labor for installing the submeter, especially since it required more extensive work to route the line properly to the yard. I also asked to upgrade standard, high-misting turf heads to more efficient rotary nozzles (like Hunter MP Rotators) for our narrow side yards and driveway borders. Finally, I requested a modification to a highly restrictive contract clause that completely voids your equipment warranty unless you use them exclusively for lifetime seasonal service. No other local vendor had this aggressive stipulation. I was simply protecting myself as a consumer. When I presented these adjustments, the estimator completely walked away from a $7,000 project, opening his email with “I designed a great system for your property" and claiming he has “never had anyone make all of these requests." Walking away from a client who simply wants an accurate plumbing scope, water-efficient heads, and fair warranty terms is a massive red flag. He actually did me a favor by passing on the job; if this company gets this defensive during a professional negotiation, I can't imagine how difficult it would be to deal with their customer service if a component failed after installation. It seems they prefer selling systems to homeowners who don't educate themselves or read the fine print. Buyer beware.

  It's going to do it so start talking yeah yes this this review is for equal lawn sprinklers I just wanted to say how professional they are the crew that came here that did the sprinkler system Greg miles the manager of ecosystem he designed a beautiful sprinkler system for me and he stood here the whole time they were doing the installation and made sure they did everything right and I just wanted to say how professional I thought Greg miles was as a manager and if anybody asked me about your company I would highly recommend them I would give them a five-star rating every time okay wait wait no I'm not doing anything it says I would give them a five-star rating then what do you what do you do okay how do you send that message to them okay 👍🆗🆗 o
