  Shaun Suozzoa and his tech assistant Angel did an outstanding job! All went very well, they were attentive to details, thoughtful about disturbing & restoring any adjacent areas, very thorough in cleaning up, explained everything, and demonstrated all functions of the new zone installed. They worked continuously while here, arrived when expected and overall did excellent work. We greatly appreciate their efforts, workmanship & exceptional results!

  I’m rating technician John Corrigana 5 stars. He put genuine effort into delivering excellent service, and I really appreciated his time and problem-solving. However, I’m not satisfied with Ecosystens. As a loyal customer, I don’t feel they’ve supported the devices they sell and recommend. I was charged to replace a rain sensor that I repeatedly asked them to check over the past two years, because the system was not working—even while it was under warranty. Today, I asked John to review the sensor again. This time, after spending the time to troubleshoot it and explore options to get it working, he determined it wasn’t the batteries or the settings—the system simply wasn’t functioning. When he asked Ecosystems how to proceed, the supervisor’s instruction was to quote me for a new sensor, which I find unacceptable.

  I have been a long time customer and never had a complaint with the irrigation start up & shut down process & they have always done good work. However, when it came time for a major service repair I felt completely taken advantage of. A sales person came and upcharged us on everything and tried to replace the entire system, even though that was in no way necessary. Ultimately we got quotes from two other well respected companies and their quotes were 1/3 to 1/4 the price for the exact same work! If you're looking for a major service, please get other quotes and opinions before you accept what EcoSystem quotes you.

  Ecosystems did an excellent job starting up my lawn sprinkler system this season. The technician, Aiden Rose, was extremely thorough and professional. He carefully checked every sprinkler head, made adjustments where needed, and fixed a couple of problem heads to make sure the system was operating properly. He also proactively changed the battery in the rain sensor to ensure it was functioning correctly. I really appreciated the attention to detail and quality of service. Highly recommend Ecosystems for irrigation and sprinkler maintenance.

  We used EcoSystems Total Outdoor Solutions today for our spring sprinkler startup, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the moment we booked, their communication and organization were incredible. We received helpful text updates every step of the way — appointment confirmations, arrival windows, reminders the morning of, and even notifications when our technician was on his way. Josh was outstanding — knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and extremely polite. He took the time to explain everything and made the entire process easy and stress-free. The office staff was just as wonderful and clearly has everything running like a well-oiled machine. We’ve used several sprinkler companies over the years, and EcoSystems is by far the best when it comes to efficiency, communication, and customer service. They truly have their act together, and it shows. We will absolutely be longtime customers. Highly recommend!
