    I ordered 14 windows and doors back in January. A month before I started working with millwork, and middle of May 2 attempts I still don’t have my windows all in. I have a job being built over 4 hours away, so using my “home” Lowe’s and sending to the local store to our job. I’ve requested ordered be delivered to Other store, which was not. 7 of 14 have not been correct and to date, I’m still missing 5 of my 14. The millwork manager promises call backs (doesn’t) his assistant has not followed thru on any of the custom issues. I sent an email to every CEO I could possibly look up. I’ve rented heavy equipment for installing expected material sever times, with money now lost, and unfinished. These major delays have now jeopardized my expected CO date and cannot rent out as we were expecting. Assistant manager, stopped returning calls and email. Barely even makes eye contact, and seems to chew out fellow employee when I walk in asking straight for management. I have been very patient, understanding and more than enough chances. Understanding they can’t make my windows and doors themselves, my only request was don’t make me chase you. No one is calling- put me in touch with United window representative and come to find out my windows I’ve PAID for, United said quote went to Lowe’s and they never responded, and they aren’t paid for. There doesn’t seem to be anyone who cares for the fact that majority of our build, every pro order I ordered has had constant delivery, timing issues and not matching my custom orders. Custom work, and any material you need on a quick turn around. Don’t come here! Sadly, this wasn’t even my first mishap with custom millwork. However, it was one door, and a local delivery. They are not handling my project in an ASAP- stat request event though we are 5.5 months out. I don’t think the people in charge over there care about orders. They get the business and send you away. It’s messed up, they walk around in circles always claiming it’s the other person handling it and they aren’t available until whatever days away. Forget the AWFUL Ai phone system. Lowe’s #1312 has been truly testing my patience and will never use them for building materials again. Mom & Pop shops would never allow a customer to be left without completed service. Please don’t respond to my review giving your customer service team number asking me to call. Just find my account, the employees who work millwork, and get it rectified yesterday! I’m reporting my experience, and on going issues. Respond with what you’re gonna do to FIX this!

    Just moved to this area so I’m stuck having to go to this Lowe’s if I need something and every single time me and husband have been here, asking for help is absolutely impossible. No one knows where anything is or have to make us wait so long so they can get the answer from someone else who ALSO doesn’t know the answer. It’s pretty comical and you can’t really do anything about it but laugh but it’s aggravating when you’re in a rush. Someone from corporate needs to check if all the employees working here have a working brain.

    Pat helped us so much and spent an hour on the phone helping us find a warranty on how to replace a tile on our new outdoor patio table. She was kind , patient and deserves a recognition, and bonus money. This is the second time she has helped us. We want to thank her again for the great experience.

    4/18/26 Lowes delivers a new lawn mower to my house . The guys roll it down my driveway along with a few other items that I bought .the Toro zero turn that i just spent $3400.00 On looks like it’s been sitting outside for a year or so. The owners manual is wet and moldy.the aluminum engine is corroded and looks horrible . The battery is completely dead I open the gas cap and it smells like paint thinner (old rotten fuel) at this point I call the driver who’s driving around the corner he doesn’t pick up the phone I called him again nothing straight to voice mail. And I tipped these guys. So now I’m mad . I have a 500lb pound mower stuck in my driveway. When I purchased this a week ago I told the guy that don’t send me something that has been sitting around.or a floor model he assured me it would be new and that wouldn’t happen. Well here we are 4/18/26 9am I called up to Lowe’s in Mt olive spoke with a lady who’s is trying to help me I will not drop names at this point ,but the manager wouldn’t speak to me . I hope this gets resolved soon. I have been a manager in the auto industry for over 25 years when someone has a problem and it does happen you pick phone and deal with it Don’t hide behind your cashiers
