  We had a very nice experience shopping here. We did not feel pressured and the sales people were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Would have given 5 stars, however, we were explicitly told a delivery window for our new couch two times, and only after making the purchase, were told the delivery would take significantly longer. Unfortunately not surprised with how most of these places operate, just a bit disappointed.

  Thank you, R&F associate, Lemma Katat, for making furniture shopping a breeze. From picking out the items to setting up the financing the whole experience was seamless. I received all my items in couple of days. Delivery and assembly went smooth as well. Definitely will be returning when refreshing rest of my apartment.

  Would give a 0. HORRIBLE experience! Received incorrect furniture in 3 weeks after paying in full and over 2 months after that I’m STILL waiting for the correct furniture and now salesperson doesn’t respond to status requests! Went to store where I purchased and they told me that I have to go to a different store because that’s where the salesperson processed the exchange 20 miles further away! DO NOT SPECIAL ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!

  The online chat rep, Lemma Katat, was extremely helpful with my order (thank you) and the team member at the N. Syracuse store was great in helping me load the chair into my SUV. The assembly instructions were okay, but not enough to keep me from making a couple of minor errors. Once assembled, the chair looks great and functions great. I really like the sturdiness of the base and how it was designed. Thank you.

  Really happy with my experience here! I came in not totally sure what I was looking for, and Anna Jincharadze made the whole process so easy. She listened to what I needed, showed me options that actually fit my style and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Super knowledgeable without being overwhelming about it. The store itself has a great selection too — way more variety than I expected. Will definitely be back next time I need anything, and I’ll be asking for Anna!
