  We had a spectacular time shopping at Raymor and Flanigan for a kitchen table. Helene Bourgogne was warm and inviting throughout our entire experience. She helped us select a table we really loved and showed us all the options available. Definitely recommend shopping at this location!

  My experience at Raymour & Flanigan is definitely at 10+. The saleswoman was so friendly and made me feel like I was family, she showed me all my options without any pressure. She explains everything I needed to know and I bought with confidence. All the furniture in the gallery was beautiful and well made.

  Raymond & Flanigan 531 Route 46 Fairfield NJ This experience has been terrible. i was promised the full side adjustable base for my daughter’s bed on June 29th and did not receive it. i was promised and guaranteed to get the base on June 30th and instead got an email for me to schedule a delivery on July 5th the earliest. the sales person specifically said it’s good to go and delivery would be received on june 30th. i got in touch with her and said the base was not in new jersey but still in upper state new york. so why make a promise when the delivery date was not even scheduled so i am not sure when i will get my daughter’s adjustable base. not the customer service that i was expecting and would not recommend Raymond and Flanigan. At this point i still do not know for sure when i will receive the adjustable base and a schedule date has not been yet scheduled for delivery. do not go to the raymond and Flanigan on route 46 in fairfield, new jersey.

  After a horrible experience with the "other" company down the street, we ended up making a purchase here. Arnaldo was very warm and amiable. He wasn't pushy and showed me pieces that were actually in my price range. He listened and delivered! We ended up buying a mattress and bed frame at this store for a great deal! Arnaldo was very professional, patient, and great communicator. Highly recommend him 👌 I received a text and email regarding the delivery with the time window day before. I was also able to track where they were on the map. However, they kept pushing back the time, which is understandable due to the weather and whatnot. Ended up being 30 minutes later than the ETA. They almost forgot my mattress, so they had to make another trip back to the truck. Otherwise, everything was set-up in a timely fashion.

  Sales rep was knowledgeable and professional. She did everything effortlessly. A pleasure to deal with a sales representative that makes a true effort to assist and not just close the deal. The one thing I didn't like was there were two younger males in the managers office shooting basketballs into a small hoop on the wall. Clean cut looking guys but acting immature and why were they not watching the store ?
