  I would give zero if I could. I had a sofa for 2 weeks when I noticed the sloughing, fraying and pilling of material. I submitted a claim 2 weeks after the sofa being in my home, a service tech came out and took a look. After numerous calls to the service center I had to call the main customer service line to be told that my claim was resolved and that this was normal fabric breakdown and that it’s not covered under manufactures warranty or the platinum insurance plan we purchased. Never buy from here.

  Highly recommend this store! We loved working with Tee Furguson. I walked in just to check things out, and was REALLY excited to score a reclining loveseat on sale. We just got it delivered today and I'm really happy with the whole transaction. Thank you so much! I have been highly recommending your store to my friends! :)

  Had a great experience there recently. While I didn't make a purchase yet, the salesman was very informative but not pushy and I appreciate that. I'm still trying to figure out which sofa I want, but when I decide I will definitely be back.

  Have to give a major shout out to Juan A. This member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to receive the furniture that would be so much more than just a sofa/ottoman in my son & I’s new home. Not only did he help me with questions I had, but when the item I loved and had in my cart went out of stock during the payment process, he found a way to make it happen and ensure it would still be delivered at the time originally estimated—even when others said it was impossible. Over the last 10 days, Juan offered exceptional, kind, courteous, and helpful customer service. From start to finish, beginning with a customer chat on the R&F site, Juan worked to ensure everything went smoothly. Through unusual technical difficulties, he maintained a can-do, problem-solving service attitude and genuine effort around the clock, which was especially helpful when the only time I had to think about this was late nights after work. His work ethic and commitment clearly shined. Juan even followed up when he saw the piece was delivered to ensure everything went well. I went to a local R&F store to make sure I liked the sofa in person and stood firm on working only with Juan virtually because of how much effort he had put in over the course of several days. Honestly, his service contributed to my ultimate decision—it was thoughtful, not just “let me sell you something.” You just don’t find that level of accountability and service everywhere these days. Thanks so much, Juan. If it weren’t for your consistent communication and effort, I probably would’ve given up on the sofa. With so many decisions to make and being overwhelmed with moving, I needed that steadfast support and service. I’m so excited for this comfortable space for my son and I to enjoy for years to come. My little guy was thrilled and couldn’t wait to snuggle up the moment it was delivered. 10/10, and I look forward to being a customer again because of this service. ⭐️

He was patient while we compared different options and gave us honest advice without ever making us feel pressured. Farouk treated us like family and made the entire experience comfortable and easy.
