  terrible sales & customer service experience at Raymond & Flanigan i purchased a mattress and an adjustable base that was supposed to be delivered June 29th but only received the mattress. My sales person Lemma promised that i would get the adjustable base today june 30th. i received an email today from Raymond & Flanigan that said your order is ready and to schedule it for delivery which i was surprised since my sales representative cleanly said i would get the adjustable base delivered today. i had to schedule the delivery on line myself for July 5 the earliest i can receive the item. What horrible customer service and a terrible experience. i would not recommend Raymond & Flanigan at all. also this is the second time i wrote this review since they deleted my original one.

  Amari was a pleasure to deal with and was extremely helpful. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our overall experience and will be coming back in the future

  I would give 0 Stars if I could. DISGUSTING discrimination at Raymour & Flanigan. Walked in CASH IN HAND ready to drop thousands. Was I greeted? Acknowledged? Looked at like a human being? NO. Every employee in that store saw us. They looked right at us, then went back to laughing and gossiping with each other. We walked the ENTIRE showroom. Not one “hello.” Not one “can I help you.” We were invisible. But here’s where it gets nasty: We watched other customers walk in and get welcomed like royalty. Then a Bengali Muslim family walks in. Suddenly a Bengali employee materializes out of nowhere “Assalamu Alaykum brother yes I understand Bangla! how are you doing” and escorts them in like VIPs. We were WALKING OUT the door while he was kissing up to them. The message was loud and clear: If you’re not part of their club, you don’t matter. Your money doesn’t matter. YOU don’t matter. This isn’t bad customer service. This is blatant, selective, race-based treatment. Now I understand every single 1 star Yelp review. This store is a joke. The management should be ashamed.
