  My wife and I worked with Wendy and her team at Ferguson Appliances, when purchasing new ovens for our kitchen. Wendy was very knowledgeable about her products, easy to work with, professional, and not the least bit pushy. She explained all our options at various price ranges and laid out the pros and cons. She was also honest about the lead times on delivery, which actually arrived ahead of schedule. She communicated very well throughout the process. We would also like to note that the delivery team was also excellent. Very careful and accommodating when delivering and removing these very heavy appliances.

  My wife and I recently purchased kitchen appliances for a remodel that we have been working on for quite a while. Every visit to the Ferguson showroom, and there were quite a few, was exceptional thanks to Wendy Johnson, our salesperson. Whether we just walked in or had a scheduled appointment, Wendy always took the time to answer our questions and explain the products in more detail. She guided us well and we are thrilled with the results. Delivery and installation went smoothly. If you are looking to purchase new appliances, definitely check out Ferguson and ask for Wendy!

  My Wife and I met Niobe Garcia at the Fergusson with an overwhelming agenda of finding fixtures for 3.5 new bathrooms. Niobe spent over half a day, walking with us and patiently going over each bathroom, presenting various options that we would never have considered. This, despite the pain in her knees. She was very nice when we told her to put everything in the computer but left without buying anything. She gave us our space to think and look at other options. When our due diligence was done, and decided to go worth fergusson, all we did was get on a text chain with Niobe - we never visited the store after - she remembered each of our likes and dislikes. Whenever we needed a substitution, she would offer options inline with our discussions. All this made the often dreaded process very seamless for my wife and I, mainly because we have demanding jobs and 2 kids. Niobe was like a personal concierge who later became a good friend. Highly recommend asking for her when you go to Fergusson.

  Ordered thousands of dollars of material in toilet, bidet upgrade and all my fixtures, towel bars and toilet paper holder ect. kohler shiny gold. 2-4 months for 2 shower parts to come in (after having to already change what I originally wanted) I agreed to temporary fixtures I was not willing to change the finish….when everything else has been installed gold including the Schluter‘s, diverter already in the shower tile that was laid months ago. Charged $200 dollars for temporary fixtures come to find out my temp shower head isn’t kohler, I would expect to get exactly what ordered temporarily. I work for a water filtration company and we don’t charge for temporary faucets….so I was shocked to find that out. Especially because my boyfriend’s father is in construction and did all the ordering and has had a professional relationship for YEARS here. We will be having deep reflection if we will use them for our planned kitchen renovation and the continued daily recommendation we give on a professional level.
