  I would like to begin this review by stating that I cannot speak to the actual cleaning that the company does. I was dissatisfied with the customer service and communication. I am a working mom of a 9 month old. I was looking for a company to come once a month to help maintain the house. I do weekly cleaning on my own. I found Avengers Cleaning Services through a simple Google search and was impressed by the number of 5 star reviews. I filled out an inquiry form on the company's website and received a call from Jony. I told him what I was looking for, shared the exact square footage, number of bedrooms, and number of bathrooms. Jony told me that based on the size of my home, a monthly cleaning would cost around $280. We scheduled a visit for the following day so that the employees could see my home. The information that I shared with Jony about my home was completely accurate. The layout of my home is very open and it is not at all cluttered with furniture or trinkets. I clean several times throughout the week. Based on my Ring camera, the cleaning crew was in my home for literally five minutes. Soon after they left, I received a text from Jony stating that monthly cleaning would cost $400, not the estimated $280. When I asked Jony why it is so much more than the estimate, he replied that "the estimate over the phone can't account for conditions, layout, furniture, and other factors." I was not provided with any specifics as to this price jump. When I told him that $400 was out of my price range, he immediately dropped it to $350. I was upset that he quickly dropped the price without even explaining to me why he was charging so much to clean my house. It felt as though he knew he was ripping me off and tried to change course. When I told him that $350 was too much, he made another offer. He told me that they could commit to "2 people for 3 hours at $300 flat and they can try to get as much done as possible within that time frame." Again, I was very upset by this suggestion. Why would I pay $300 in the HOPES that my home would be clean? When I politely declined this offer, Jony responded that he "can't sacrifice quality to try to meet a lower budget." It seems as though that is exactly what he was trying to do. In this economy, I think we can all agree that $300 is not a small amount of money. If I am going to pay $300 to have my home cleaned, shouldn't I be assured that every inch of my home will be cleaned? Not just the parts that Jony's staff can tackle in 3 hours. I found my communication with Jony very dishonest and left me feeling very uneasy. Like I said, I cannot speak to the job they do cleaning, but based on my interactions with Jony, I would not hire this company, no matter how low he dropped the price.

  Easy to schedule, the team was professional and attentive to notes. My office was left spotless and Im greatful that I didnt have to do any of it!
