I called Extra Storage Place, and spoke with Felix Raymous. He was PHENOMENAL. He helped me to find the perfect unit, at the perfect location. He answered all of my very detailed questions with patience and professionalism. I want to give a BIG shout out to him. After my experience with Felix, I went to the facility and then was able to speak with Angel (I didn't get his last name) but when I showed up he greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, and made eye contact. I walked over and explained that I was a new customer, and he gave me the run down for everything. He showed me a map, showed me my unit, told me the best gates and doors to enter in and out of. He explained the Ap to me. He was patient and professional, so I would also like to give him a very BIG shout out as well. There are so many times that you hear horror stories with customer service experience but this experience was a walk in the park. Truly grateful to have had this experience. Thank you and looking forward to being a long term customer of yours.

After 7 years of holding my furniture in this storage facility. Unfortunately I did find a dead mouse in my unit . I’m not sure if they have an exterminator. But it was pretty disgusting to see a dead mouse near the things that I have to bring into my home .
