They initially postponed to a later time then didn't show up during the agreed upon time. 30 mins after I called to confirm the operator claimed the technician came. This was a lie as I was waiting by the door the whole time. Unbelievably unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. I would take care working with this company as they are unable to commit to or communicate truthfully to something as small as if they showed up.

Spring cleaning was basically them just cutting your grass lol my ring app showed they were there for 10 minutes and then ✌🏽. Only would recommend them for weekly lawn maintenance that’s it. During the year I knew I wouldn’t contract them again. Could’ve had my money for 30 years (I’m in my mid 30s/2nd year of home ownership) but the work shows retaining customers is not their goal.
