- DRDiedre RodriguezJul 2, 20261.0To receive a letter 30 days prior to them raising the storage fee because they have to pay their bills is ridiculous. So now if I don’t want pay $171 from the $151 I was paying I’ll have to get out. You close at 6 PM during the week at that before people even get off the highway from work. The front door is constantly broken all times of the year… It’s very concerning that you’d raise the prices without increasing the quality assurance. Interesting .
- CCCleeJun 26, 20261.0Hands down one of the worst storage units I’ve ever used and I’ve only used two. My things were there for probably maybe six months and I will come off and on periodically to get things out of there. I just recently moved out and I found a bunch of rodent droppings. My things chewed on I take pictures and I reported and the young man comes to me and say I didn’t get the insurance I said yeah, but I didn’t get the insurance for damages, You never told me I needed it for rodents A young lady tells me oh unfortunately there are some people who are not very clean and they bring rodents with them sorry . I had to throw away my grill. I had to throw away my Keurig for my coffee. I had to throw away my air fryer my knives folks clothes. I opened up one of my bags and it was dead rodents inside. I will never ever ever again use this place. I’m still opening boxes and I’m still finding rodent droppings, hands-down, the worst.

It's very well maintained, it has an elevator so easy to carry out your things. The staff members are very nice and can answer all your questions. If you get to see Todd he will help you out with any doubts and you can tour the units before renting.
