  I went to pay a furniture and the people did not have no cash and they registered Raymond and fine again it is the most highest furniture company out there the greatest company and I don't believe they don't have no cash for their customer other than that the customer agent to carry me that I made a purchase from was very nice gentleman

  Disappointing delivery experience and lack of follow-through I recently had furniture delivered by Raymour & Flanigan. During the delivery process, the team accidentally damaged my outdoor string lights. I noticed the issue while the furniture was being moved in and specifically alerted the crew to be careful, but the damage had already occurred. Because the team insisted on a review immediately upon finishing the setup, I provided a positive one in the moment—but I immediately pointed out the damaged lights to the delivery team before they left. A few days later, I received a follow-up call regarding my experience. I explained the situation to the representative, expecting them to make it right. Instead, they used my initial review against me, stating that because I had submitted a positive review, they "couldn't do anything" about the damage. When I insisted that they fix or replace the lights, the representative promised to send me a follow-up email so I could provide photos of the damage. As I suspected, that email never arrived, and they have not made any effort to resolve this. I am very disappointed that a company of this size would prioritize a survey score over taking responsibility for property damage caused by their own team. I expected much better service and accountability. Be very cautious during your delivery.
