  We had a great experience visiting this showroom for the first time while looking for a new sofa and cabinets. Consultant Kirsy Dominici and Showroom Manager Anyeli Morales were both incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. They took the time to walk us through the different options, explain everything in detail, and answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed. We really appreciated their professionalism and excellent customer service. We’re very happy with our visit and will definitely be coming back when we’re ready to purchase more furniture.   Great experience with my Raymour & Flanigan delivery. The delivery team was courteous, professional, fast, and incredibly efficient. I was in the middle of a work meeting when they arrived, and they were very considerate of that, keeping noise and disruption to a minimum while still getting everything set up quickly. They handled the couch and my home with care, made sure everything was exactly where it needed to be, and were friendly and professional throughout the entire process. The whole delivery was seamless from start to finish. Really appreciated the level of service and would absolutely recommend them.

  Raymour & Flanigan has large selection of furniture. The store was clean and well organized. Duvall was wonderful sales representative! He was knowledgeable and patient and guided me with care and honesty from sale to delivery. Highly recommend working with Duvall

  Kirsy is amazing. I had a mad experience at a different Raymour store months ago and decided never to purchase from them again. I decided to visit the Raymour in Elizabeth. Upon entering the store Kirsy received me very warmly. She was very professional, kind and most of all patient. It is worth taking the ride to Elizabeth so deal with exceptional service. Thank you Kirsy.

  While I didn’t make my purchase at this location, I had to leave a review for this stores consultant Mohamed Abdelfattah! He was helping out at the Natick, MA store for Tax-Free Weekend this month and was absolutely amazing. He knew his products inside and out, made the entire purchase a breeze, and never once made us feel pressured or rushed. He took the time to make sure we got exactly what we needed and made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable. If you get the chance to work with Mohamed, you’re in great hands. Highly recommend!
