Initially, everything went very well, the store environment and the salesperson were both excellent, which made me feel confident in my purchase. However, after an issue occurred with my mattress, things changed completely. The “extended full warranty” I was strongly encouraged to buy turned out to have important exceptions that were never clearly explained to me at the time of purchase. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. When I reached out for support, my issue was not resolved, no replacement was offered, and no refund was provided. In the end, I paid extra for a warranty that did not deliver the protection I was led to believe it would. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and works toward a fair resolution. Customers deserve clarity, honesty, and to receive what they were promised.
