La-Z-Boy had the exact recliner we were looking for. Design, color, comfort were all there. Our salesperson, Katie Thompson was a pleasure to deal with. She was pleasant, informative and answered all our questions making our experience much more enjoyable. The next time we need furniture from La-Z-Boy, she will be the salesperson we will be going to.

I absolutely love my new furniture from La-Z-Boy! The couch, recliner, end table, and ottoman all coordinate beautifully, and the two pillows that came with the couch are the perfect finishing touch. The delivery guys were wonderful, professional, and courteous. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the entire experience!

Did the furniture store circuit looking for a new sofa, and had the best experience here at La-Z-Boy with Cindy. All of the instore staff members were very helpful and accomodating. Delivery was very reasonably priced, and the movers were kind and quick.

I purchased a recliner yesterday at the La-Z-Boy store on Black Horse Pike in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. My sales associate, Cindy, was wonderful to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient as I tried nearly half the recliners in the store, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right recliner for my mobility and comfort needs. Cindy made the entire purchase easy and comfortable, with absolutely no pressure. I truly appreciated her outstanding customer service and would highly recommend her to anyone shopping for a recliner or other La-Z-Boy furniture. Thanks Jim Owen

Cindy was GREAT! She welcomed us into the store, without pressuring for a sale. She is very knowledgeable regarding the products, features, and warranties. She asked questions, to really find out what we were looking for and what was important to us. She explained everything to us and told us why she was showing us certain chairs over others. She also let us know what we could have upgrades on if we like a chair or fabric. When it was time for the paperwork she was quick and explained the forms to us. If you are in the market for furniture, I would definitely recommend you go see Cindy!
