  Steve was phenomenal. He listened attentively and was patient in allowing me to experience different choices. I had spoken to him on the phone and it was nice when I got there he knew exactly what to show me. And voila I found the perfect mattress for my comfort! I bought a Queen Stearns & Fostern Lux Estate Soft Euro Pillow Top Mattress. Love it!

  I went to Raymour and Flanigan specifically looking for a wall unit. My sales person Steven greeted me and showed me one which I loved. He then directed me to roam the store including the Outlet to see the other inventory they had with no pressure. After a day of measuring I settled on the first one I saw and once again, there was no pressure. I can have delivery on my schedule which is allowing me to get painting done ahead of time to receive this purchase. Thank you again for making the process stress free. Pat

  I placed online order that I needed assistance with. I was fortunate enough to get customer service representative Steven Deviney on the phone. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. There were a few snafu's with my order that he handled very professionally and we were able to get our order delivered during the time frame we needed it. I highly recommend Steve if you get lucky to have him be your rep.

  Antione was very helpful to my sons and me in selecting bedding. He went above and beyond to ensure my sons felt comfortable during our visit to the store. He was not pushy; he took his time to understand our needs and provide personalized assistance. delivery personnel who brought my bedding were courteous and professional, providing excellent assistance. For some reason, the box spring was not on the truck; however, the delivery person promptly contacted the store, and the issue was resolved within ten minutes. I spoke with a representative from the store about scheduling a delivery of the box spring the following day. The store associate was very helpful and even followed up to ensure everything proceeded smoothly. I will definitely be placing future orders with this company. Additionally, they went above and beyond by assisting me in raising my bed. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
