  We had the pleasure of working with Ira Wilkins at your Egg Harbor Township store on 7/5/26. Ira spent two hours with us ensuring that my husband picked out the right mattress and recliner that he was comfortable with. This man went above and beyond. Give him a raise!!!

  Sales representatives Miss Liz, was great and sure try to Shaw us all the options and alternatives to our requirements without any kind of ignorance. She was taking keen interest in our talk and try to help us. We did not find that she wants to get rid of us. We feel that we were lucky that she was very helpful to us try to understand our situation and our need.

  The moment we entered the door we were gracefully greeted by Teon Cash. We had a conversation about our needs and wants for today's visit. Teon knew exactly where to lead us on the showroom floor and was extremely knowledgeable about all the pieces we reviewed. Teon's outstanding customer service was exceptional!   We arrived to the store with the intentions of purchasing a kitchen table. We in turn purchased a new desk and sofa set. Steve was excellent in assisting us with our purchases and working with us on delivery dates. We were in the midst of construction in our home at the time, so his help was much appreciated. I’ve been recommending this outlet store to many friends and family.

  New couches were purchased 2 1/2 years ago. I asked the sales girl for help with fabric choices because I have a lab. She steered me to probably the worst couches possible. The couch pillows are so poorly made that when I attempted to clean them, there is no liner between the cushion and cotton... just a ton of loose cotton that poured onto my floor. The couches now look like crap, the fabric pulls so easily and very difficult to clean. The bed apparently needs a custom size mattress, which god forbid a sales person helps you. Buyer beware of quality here. A couch with minimal use should have lasted more than 2 1/2 years.
