  I had an amazing experience working with Teon while buying my furniture. With me being indecisive, he was very patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. He truly made the whole process smooth and stress-free, answered all my questions, and overall just made sure I was happy with my choice. His professionalism and kindness really stood out. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for great customer service and quality help with furniture shopping!

  Team was helpful and love the TV console, however a piece was broken. I did contact Raymour and Flanigan and they will send someone to repair.

  Helpful associate in store made purchasing our new sofa set actually easy and enjoyable. She also shared their price matching policy if the price goes down after purchasing. I texted her this week as the price had gone down, and she quickly processed the refund. Great customer service!

  I called the store to ask whether the store could get a specific cocktail table. Dylan, the salesman I spoke to, quickly determined that the piece was on the showroom floor. My husband and I went to the store to meet Dylan and see the table. We completed the purchase in short order and although it is not in stock for immediate delivery it will likely be delivered in just a few weeks. The entire experience was fast and we got exactly what we had in mind after a lot of time at several stores a couple of weeks before— including this one! The other salesperson showed us a similar piece that wasn’t quite right but either didn’t realize this one was in the store or paid no attention to all the features we wanted. It was a pleasure to work with a sales person so customer focused. We’ve always had good experiences purchasing furniture from Raymour and Flanagan but this was the best in the past 10 years!
