horrible ...employees are the worst...lazy and they dont care...there was no one at the pro desk ...they told me they called in sick and no one was there to help me...so I went to home depot and they were happy to take my 6850 order for lumber...also at lowes no manager at all...the place is a joke..

Lowe's was my store of preference for many years as they have a really nice setup, but today will be the last time I ever shop at Lowe's. Shame on upper management for not taking the time to hire people that know what they're doing and not having anyone to help anywhere in the store. Very bad experience today. Home Depot is going to be my number one. When you go there there's always someone to help

Stopped in to get 10 bags of insulation today. The only ones available were sitting atop the highest rack on a pallet in the isle. A gentleman (Kirk) came to help me and saw what was needed. He explained that the forklift was being utilized helping another customer but if I could wait a few minutes he would find an different lift that he could help me with. Only 5 minutes later he pulled into the Isle, had me walk to the end, closed both ends and went to the top and hand wrestled two 5 bale containers to the floor. Put them on a cart and I was ready. I've never been so completely taken care of by such a cheerful employee before. Kirk is a valuable ambassador for the Lowe's organization.

We were looking for a small garden fountain and found exactly what we wanted at Lowe's. It wasn't in the most convenient. It was on the very top shelf of the warehouse, but the staff there were more than ready to help. They carry a very nice and wide variety of gardening tools, plants, and accessories.

Went to my local Lowe's(EHT) to order a pallet of mulch (70 bags). The cost of the mulch was ok because the bags were on sale. The delivery charge I thought was high at $79. because I live close to the store but I was willing to pay it a total of $220 +tax. The deal breaker was I wanted to be there when they delivered to show where to place the pallet and have one day off during the week and was told the window of delivery was 8am to 8pm. I feel that is a lack of respect for a customers time. I think a four hour window is more than enough time to deliver mulch 15 minutes away(8am-12pm, 12-4, 4-8). Took my business elsewhere.
