NEVER AGAIN!!!... If I could rate it at zero stars I would! Ordered a toilet replacement OVER A MONTH AGO from the website (10in rough, very hard to find, that's why we didn't chose Home Depot, this time, as my dad and I have spent over 6months looking for the right toilet to replace with in the 1/2 bath downstairs). Paid extra for the delivery and installation. They were scheduled via 3rd party to come in a couple weeks ago. Got the run around from both the installer and the store telling me two different things. I left that store pissed, just to find out they had the toilet that was ordered. Came in later that Sunday where a different associate addressed the issue. Tia is her name, and she's the only one I'll be giving credit to where it has been due this entire ordeal. She mentioned to me that it was a definitely on the installer who chose not to pick it up; but that she would run by her manager the complaint I filed against two of the store employees that Thursday prior when my original installation was scheduled and neither of those other two properly addressed the issue. She explained to me that they had an old phone number on file and that that was why the 3rd party installer could not confirm the order number to pick up the damn toilet. She went and had my service rescheduled for this week. Now here is my problem with not only the store, nor the installer; but also the 3rd party app that couldn't seem to locate my project whenever I was logged-in - Angi, for those of you whom are familiar with Angie's List. When the installer finally got a hold of me and stated they were coming this morning for the delivery and installation, he arrives not even a 1/2hr afterwards - and the toilet is still not in his possession. He offers to stop back by the store and check once and for all if the toilet is there and ready for pickup. We wait. I get a call another 1/2hr later, mentioning that the toilet which was ready for pickup had a cracked tank. We drive AGAIN to the store, and they confirm this. When the young associate shows me his screen, I find out that not only was the toilet we had ordered broken - but the order was changed for a different toilet than what was previously expected, due to it being out of stock; so what the hell happened with the original toilet??!!!... Safe to say I will never be buying again any products from this store, which is unfortunate considering the reasons I chose not to endure Home Depot.
