Cora did an exceptional job. The store was swamped and she ran the automation lines by herself. Machines were breaking down and customers needed help. She called for backup and did not get any, but she kept everyone moving. That takes real grit. She has my respect and she deserves recognition.

Still the worst big box home improvement on the planet. They will send an email asking how they are doing. Apparently, they don’t read them because they have been awful for years. It took me twenty five minutes to checkout with a small item because one cashier couldn’t count five pieces of wood properly so his register was down for twenty minutes. The other points to his light and says “I’m closed.” I walked to the other end and the product rang up with the wrong price.

Ordered 50 bags of mulch. The delivery driver completely ignored the delivery instructions to leave the pallet on the driveway. Proceeded to tear up my lawn with a pallet jack, and left the pallet on my side lawn. Really curious what went through this guy's head, because it must have been difficult to do that, and now my lawn is damaged.

We went to Lowe's in EHT on Sunday July 12th . Placed an order of some fencing and posts to be delivered . We were given a delivery date of the following day which was Monday July 13th . The day of delivery we get a text saying some of our fencing was damaged so they rescheduled the delivery for the following day which was now Tuesday. On Tuesday July 14th the delivery finally gets here and now the delivery guy can't seem to unload our items off the flatbed truck . He says hes going to have to come back the next day😡 which now puts us at Wednesday July 15th . Wednesday comes and goes no delivery guy no updates on messages from Lowe's or the delivery person. Thursday nothing still . So we go back to Lowe's in person because the store has either not answered their phone or they say please hold and never come back to the phone as we have tried calling the store to no avail. Now its Saturday the delivery guy brings our items and again he is unable to unload our merchandise. He says we are his last stop that he would be back within the hour . 3 1/2 hours ho by . No delivery or call with an update . I call the store . Ask to speak to a manager only to be told the manager works Monday through Friday. I tell the lady what has happened and that I now need this taken care of today , that I am tired of them either not answering the phone or transferring me to a phone that no one answers or the delivery guy being unable to do exactly what he came here to do . The lady places me on hold for half an hour until the phone finally disconnects . Do better Lowe's , do better ! So people if you do not want to go through something like this. Do not get your stuff here !
