I've had storage units at this facility for several years, including multiple units at once, and the experience has always been smooth and easy. A special thanks to Paul, who I've dealt with most often — he's consistently helpful, informative, and always takes the time to walk me through my options so I can make the best decision. Whenever there's a billing hiccup on my end, he follows up reliably without fail. Really appreciate the level of service and attention to detail. Highly recommend.

I gave the sales rep a hard time due to all the additional fees. $29. Is a lot of money to pay so you can create a customer file it makes absolutely no sense to the consumer to charge such a whopping great fee. And then $21 for the lock! Most places charge you for the key, they have different locks the cheaper ones are free and the more expensive ones they do charge a fee. But I believe Paul handled it very well. The first locker that I was given seems to have an infestation of ants and as a customer service / salesperson he just exchanged the locker without any over exaggerated explanation. He's an asset to your company and of himself like a professional despite my temper tantrum. Thank you Paul and Rob.

Today I had Paul he was very helpful. I actually made my reservation for a unit online and they gave me a unit that somebody else already had and it wasn’t even the unit that I was renting, but Paul was very nice. He helped me out and got me, settled up and no time flat thanks a lot Paul.

So I’ve always been confused at storage units. The different pricing options, the large uneven layout. Paul however, was super helpful. Made everything crystal clear, helped explain the different options until I could pick on that worked for me, and thanks to him, I didn’t spend 30 minutes driving around lost in circles searching for the unit. 10/10 will be keeping my storage needs here.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience speaking with Paul on the phone today with Extra Space Storage on Delilah Road, and decided to use my wife’s account to write a good review to give a shoutout to Paul! He went above and beyond to help me out and made the entire process so much easier than I had expected. Paul was incredibly helpful, professional, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I was taken care of. He worked with me on my situation and even managed to get my rent for the month knocked down by $30 bucks!! That kind of customer service really stands out. If you’re storing your belongings here, I highly recommend stopping in and asking for Paul for any bumps or trouble along the way, hes the best on the team and deserves some serious recognition!
