  Jerry was a dream to work with. So professional yet friendly and he really went out of his way to organize a storage unit to become available for us when we were in a big big bind to get a move in date. The facility was so clean and organized and to muss no fuss. I can't express how pleased we are with Jerry's assistance. He was THE BEST and we deeply appreciate his help during a very stressful move for us! We highly recommend working with them!

  I called a few weeks before my move and spoke to Jerry to find out how everything worked, as it was my first time renting a storage unit. He took a lot of time talking to me on the phone and explaining everything, which is a rare experience for me. I usually feel like I'm being rushed off of the phone when I call places of business. I went in person that day and everyone was so professional. They greeted me, introduced themselves and shook my hand. They took me on a golf cart to see a unit and I chose the one they showed me. I got an unbeatable deal, even the lock I purchased from them was reasonably priced. Best of all, I didn't have to rent a uhaul because they offered me use of their moving truck for 24 hours FREE of charge (which was actually a big selling point for me and the reason I called this storage company first). As we were moving the last of my things into the unit, Jerry swung buy on the golf cart to let us know we could use the truck for a few more hours if we needed too. I was so grateful and surprised by his generosity/kindness throughout all of our interactions. Needless to say, their customer service is amazing. I work in the customer service field, so that is very important to me. I feel like this business isn't all about the money and genuinely wanted to help me with my move. In addition, they have an office where they allow access to all tenants to fax and print stuff or use their wifi. It's clean and I feel my things are safe there. Thank you Storage Inn for your awesomeness, never change!
