Wayne the manager was fantastic when my fam member rented a large space at the Aloe St Location in Egg Harbor City. No complaints about him at all. He warned the rate may go up after 6 months and he would help to keep it reasonable. Well it more than doubled after 3 months and not much could be done and that’s not on Wayne. It’s on the owners. Wayne could get it to $75 but it would go up again in 3 months. Not worth the hassle. This Really left my Sister in a tough spot having to rent a truck again for $300 and move all the things. Thankfully another place close by matched the rate she was getting and the unit was bigger. The price is locked in for two years. Won’t recommend extra space because of this debacle. Won’t ever get space from them either. It’s just bad business and deceptive business practices. It went from $50 to $100 I removed my Sisters info from this to maintain her privacy. But here’s the notice she received.
