Joan and Laurie never got tired of me coming to the storage asking many questions when I was planning my move. On the contrary, they were patience, gave me great suggestions, showed me storage spaces available, but most importantly assured me that everything was going to be alright and that one of them was going to be there the day of the moving and they were. What more can anyone ask. These ladies helped me feel comfortable and supported through this mayor move. I am so grateful for both of them and recommend ExtraSpace storage 1000%. This is my second time using ExtraSpace, the one in Hackensack is exactly the same, excellent!
