  I had a horrific experience with an adjustable bed purchase; half the blame is on the store, and the other half is the bed manufacturer. All in all, horrific. The store manager was very helpful at the end of the story but it was a six week long saga that was actually a dangerous situation that should have been addressed in days, not weeks. If it were not for his effort to immediately set things right, this would have been a firm zero stars. I will be cautious buying from them again; I certainly would involve the manager on anything else I consider there. And I would try again, if he is available to assist. An aside: the delivery crew are great; the software for tracking the truck is miserably bad. Don’t set your clock by that. The driver will phone.

  We had the best experience shopping here when my mom needed a recliner that helped her feel comfortable in her final days. Shout out to Judi who was amazing in helping us find the perfect chair and was such a support.

  Wayne the salesperson was super patient with me and very knowledgeable-I wanted a high quality sleeper sofa for a small space and we found it together after much trial. He was so helpful and never rushed me. I also wanted custom fabric with stain guard and he advised on that as well as on delivery date expectations. It’s my second sofa purchase with Wayne and when there is a third, I’ll be going back!

  Went to the store and Lisa stepped up to help us. While we were exploring, several other customers came in who she also started to help-meanwhile 3 other salespeople (including store manager) sat around and watched. We wanted to make a purchase but ended up waiting (store manager sat there and stared at us)-so we left but Lisa gave us her card. She was very apologetic. We called the next day and ordered the furniture. VERY unimpressed with store manager and other sales people except Lisa who was working her butt off. Bad look! If that store (East Hanover,NJ) wasn’t so convenient I would not go there again. REALLY unbelievable how lazy the salespeople all looked (hanging out all over the store on the furniture) except Lisa!
