  We had a great experience with Blinds to Go in East Hanover, NJ from beginning to end. We stopped in without knowing exactly what we wanted and Laurel gave us excellent guidance. She was great in helping us finalize our decision. Mike was very thorough when taking measurements and Blerim was professional and efficient with our installation. An overall very positive experience!

  Your representative Mak is very professional and courteous in providing us the repairing service and introducing us to variety of options of blinds. The showroom also provides a presentation of the products. Bravo!

  I recently visited Blinds to go, East Hanover, NJ With a blind that needed repair, and I had a great experience from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and told someone would be right with me, which they were. Melody was very helpful, and Laurel went above and beyond by taking my blind, researching it, and returning with all the parts needed to fix it. The manager, Claudia ensured everything went well with the transaction as I was leaving. The entire process was quick, seamless, and professional. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and would absolutely recommend the store.

  I had my drapes and shades installed a little over a month ago. (Sometime in March) the quality of the products themselves are top knotch! My measurement consultant, named patrick and the man, named Juán who did my installation were amazing and efficient. As far as my DC (design consultant).. she wasn't bad during the consultation. Her name was Lesley Zaks. She was kind and friendly inside my apartment, spelled everything out, clear as could be. Even gave her profesional thoughts about paint colors for my living room, that'd pair nicely with the drapes. The only issue i did have was a rude text message she had sent me. When i asked a simple question about trying to schedule the date for installation. Her response was "maybe it slipped your mind, but i already answered that." So cold. I did show the text to the manager, jasmine, when i stopped by the east hanover location. And she agreed that the text was "borderline rude." Anyways, aside from that, i would recommend this company, in the future and overall I am pleased and happy with the results and outcome. PROS: top knotch quality drapes and shades, responsive customer service hotline, amazing measurement consultant and amazing installation specialist. Whole process was overall easy, stressfree and hasslefree. CONS: DC was amazing in the beginning but didnt have to respond rudely and coldly in my text, towards the end.
