- MKM KAug 30, 20261.0We visited this store on a Saturday afternoon around 1:00–1:30 PM. There was only one other customer in the store besides us. A sales associate initially spent a couple of minutes showing us some recliners before going back to assist the other customer. When we were ready to place an order, she asked another associate to help us. Unfortunately, the second associate seemed completely uninterested and disappeared for about five minutes, despite us being ready to make a purchase. We waited another five minutes, assuming they might be busy. By this point, both associates were free and there were no other customers in the store besides us, yet neither one made any effort to come over or assist us. We eventually left and drove to La-Z-Boy in Wayne, where we placed our order. The experience there was completely different—much better service and genuinely helpful staff.
