  Dont go here ,Mark was going to fix our fridge then he said he had a used fridge that we would like. He said he was going away for the holidays ,we could see it on monday. Then he ignored our calls.

  Used The Appliance Center for the first time this week. Mark came out right when scheduled. He was by far the most knowledgeable and thorough repair person we’ve ever had. He took all the time needed to diagnose the problem with the ice maker in our refrigerator and explained to us in detail the issue and options. We could not have been more pleased with the service. We’ll be calling The Appliance Center for any appliance repair or purchase we may have in the future.

  Not surprised, but like to comment on the experience with owner, Mark, today. I purchased my Speedqueen washer at least 4 years ago, and realize then I saw the honesty, experiece and confidence Mark had..Mark is a wealth of knowledge on appliances. He took the time to help with an appliance issue out of state knowing I wasn’t shopping the local shop. They provide the excellent service for miles!

  Had someone come out to look at our side by side fridge because freezing was icing up really bad. He came didn’t look at anything other than the door seal and said we need new door seal. Charged almost 150.00 for visit. Said it would be in to his shop in 4 days. Never heard from them. called after 2 weeks and was told they were still waiting for part. After 3 weeks I cancelled. I went on Google and found our temperature was set too low. Changed temperature and everything is fine. Tech should have noticed the temperature was too low.
