  Lorraine was exceptional! She helped us furnish an entire house. She knew her stuff and helped make everything as painless as possible. Lorraine was patient, answered all of our questions, and was very informative!

  I just wanted to say what a pleasure it was shopping for furniture for our new home at this Raymour & Flanigan location. I'm so glad we decided to purchase our furniture here. We had previously visited the Cherry Hill location, but unfortunately we weren't pleased with the service. We then decided to stop by this location since it was closer to our new home, and the experience was completely different. We met Sarah right around closing time, and even though the store was about to close, she and the manager, Randy, stayed late to help us. They never rushed us and guided us through every step of the process, from selecting the furniture to completing the purchase. They made the entire experience easy, enjoyable, and stress free. Sarah and Randy are incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely care about their customers. Their customer service is outstanding, and they went above and beyond to make sure we left happy. In fact, because of the excellent experience we had, I came back and purchased several more items. I highly recommend visiting this Raymour & Flanigan location and asking for Sarah or Randy. They truly care about their customers and provide the kind of service that keeps people coming back. Thank you both for making furnishing our new home such a great experience!

  Deptford location- Very patient and helpful. I was there a little past closing time and they didn’t mind at all thankfully. I was disappointed I couldn’t pay cash after 830pm but I was there past closing time so I understand.

  My experience was more than I expected. Bonnie was extremely accommodating, she made my shopping for all the furniture in my new apartment, as uneventful as possible. Cannot thank her enough. Never had so much fun shopping as I did with Bonnie and my daughter, THANK YOU BOTH🥰🥰🥰

  I recently purchased a new couch from the Raymour & Flanigan location in Deptford, NJ, and had an excellent experience working with Lorraine. From the moment I started shopping, Lorraine was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She was very thorough when explaining the different size and configuration options available, which helped me choose a couch that would fit perfectly in my home. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. I also really appreciated how clearly she explained the delivery process and what to expect every step of the way. Her communication was excellent, and I felt confident in my purchase because of how detailed and attentive she was. Customer service like Lorraine’s is hard to find. If you’re shopping at the Deptford location, I highly recommend working with her. Thank you for making such an important purchase a great experience!
