  Very knowledgeable, organized professionals who made our alarm system a top priority. Steve (sales) visited our site immediately and got us the quote we needed. Debbie (operations) pulled out all the stops to get our system installed, with one day's notice, over a holiday weekend! Much appreciated! Happy 2021!

  This company has 14 complaints and 5 negative reviews with the Better Business Bureau. Laws will soon be passed that will make their 5-year automatic contract renewal illegal. SHAME ON THEM for having to be forced by law to do what is right. I signed a 5-year contract with B Safe in 2019 and have regretted it since. You're not a customer with B Safe, you're a "mark".

  Very satisfied with the install of a new alarm system at my business location. I felt very informed prior to the installation and knew what to expect ahead of time. Pricing was very competitive. The installation technician was professional and courteous toward my staff and customers. There was a slight programming glitch with the motion sensor, but after I called for service, the problem was fixed immediately and remotely. Highly recommend B Safe Security!   My security/surveillance systems were installed by RADAR (which merged with B SAFE a few months later). After the merger, all was still very good. Very good customer service, systems advice and tech support. In October my system will be 6 years old. Very pleased with B safe! I have an extra level of "peace of mind".

  To the guys from B Safe Security, I wanted to say thank you for coming out and installing our camera system. The crew was on time and courteous. The guys Kevin, Tom, and Steve were very well informed and nice and they helped put the app on our phones as we are not very tech savvy. Thanks also to our sales rep Tom Swenney who was very nice and thorough. A great job done all around. From Linda and Philip Webb.
