- TBTaryn BricknerMay 12, 20261.0they postponed my same day order until the next day. then they cancelled it the next day and are only sending out the small portion of the order (which i can pick up myself). delivery was only needed for the bulk soil i was also ordering. now im paying $10 for delivery for 5 bags of soil i can just get myself (ELSEWHERE of course). good luck getting ahold of anyone. they do not answer their phones. can't delivery 40 bags of top soil when 1000+ are available? absolutely ridiculous. do not order through lowes if you are in need of bulk soil. their incompleteness is holding my project up. very unhappy with them. will be taking this higher up.

The subsequent delivery and service have been unacceptable. The delivery team arrived the next day but refused installation claiming a valve was rusted. Communication was difficult as the delivery person did not speak English and had to use a phone translator following this. I spent the entire day attempting to contact the store, but your automated system repeatedly disconnected my calls after visiting the store in person to reschedule. I requested to speak with management. I was made to wait for Nate, who simply offered to cancel the order rather than providing a solution. I am currently waiting for another Manager Ed to resolve this. I will not hold my breath.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
