I would NOT recommend Lowe’s to ANYONE. I’ve never ever had such a bad shopping experience in my entire life. I have had an ongoing issue with an online order for a $600 grill since May 25, 206. Each week, I call, am made promises, receive multiple emails regarding my delivery, receive the automated phone call regarding my delivery, only to get another email the day of delivery rescheduling to the following week. This has happened between the Deptford, NJ store and a South Philadelphia, PA. I’ve spoken to the Corporate customer service people for 2 weeks and I get no answers other than, “we do not know what happened to you grill.” If this grill wasn’t a Lowe’s exclusive I would have told them to shove it sideways 2 weeks ago. It is now June 19, 2026 and I still have no grill and no answers. For a corporation the size of Lowe’s this is 100% unacceptable. Do yourself a favor….shop at Home Depot. Lowe’s does not care about customer satisfaction. They are full of lies. No managers at either Deptford or Philadelphia did anything to help the situation. Just lots of passing the buck.
6/26/26 UPDATE: STILL NO GRILL A MONTH LATER!! I received a posted “apology” response as shown from Lowe’s regarding my issue. I have literally (I have phone proof & dates) called that useless number Lowe’s provided TEN TIMES in the past month. All I’m given from those useless associates is that they are “only a Call Center” and can only escalate the issue and guarantee a call back from the Store Managers. Even though I placed this order online, I have to speak with a Store Manager - who I’ve already been waiting on phone calls back for WEEKS now - to solve my issue. The Call Center tells me they have no management there and that I need to send a LETTER to Corporate. They provided me with a physical address only and advised there are no email addresses or phone numbers for Corporate. Again, all pass the buck liars!!! Don’t tell me you care and want to make things right. You don’t care. You’ve had my $600 for a month and I still don’t have a grill. An attorney and the BBB are my next phone calls. That’s for sure.

I had an excellent experience with Alissa at the Deptford Lowe’s. I came in right before closing looking for 10 bags of mulch, and she went above and beyond to help me.
Alissa helped me load all 10 bags onto a cart, brought them to the register, and then even helped load them into my car. Despite it being close to the end of her shift, she was friendly, patient, and had a great attitude the entire time.
Outstanding customer service like this is hard to find these days. Thank you, Alissa, for making a late-night shopping trip so easy and stress-free!

The in store buying experience with Chris and I believe her name was Judy was excellent...down hill after that...first delivery on sat 6/6 ,refrigerator came dented..second delivery on Tues 6/9 refrigerator had broken water line...third attempt on 6/13, they returned with dented refrigerator that was rejected on 6/6. I am now waiting for my full refund...they attempted to still try to charge me a delivery fee. I will never be purchasing from Lowes again sorry to say . First delivery was rejected at the street, 3rd delivery was rejected after wrapping material was removed in house, also 3rd delivery was not wrapped in factory materials like the first.

I had the absolute best customer service experience at Lowe's in Deptford NJ. A customer representative Christine was up on the lift machine in an aisle near the bug spray section..she noticed I was in a quandary and overwhelmed at all the products to choose from. Christine lowered herself back to the ground from the lift machine to OFFER me assistance without me having to ask for help. I was looking for something powerful for small indoor ants in my kitchen. Christine provided me excellent wisdom on ant problems and even their habits. She helped me decide which pest products were best for me. I always have a great experience shopping at Lowe's in Deptford NJ. But if you happen to come across Christine bit has Chris on her name tag, let her know customers are writing about her wonderful service that she provides. PLEASE DO THAT!!
