LOOK AT THEIR RESPONSE IT IS A LIE!! THE WEBSITE DOESN'T GO ANYWHERE!! SCREENSHOT BELOW> PLEASE DO NOT GO TO LOWES I rarely leave reviews like this, but my experience with Lowe’s appliance delivery and installation was an absolute nightmare.
This was supposed to be a simple washer and dryer purchase and installation. Instead, it turned into multiple mistakes, four separate trips, at least six hours of my time wasted, and a delivery crew that actually showed up at the WRONG ADDRESS.
Every time there was another problem, the response from Lowe’s store employees was essentially, “That’s the vendor, not us.” As a customer, I honestly do not care which third-party vendor Lowe’s chooses to hire. I purchased the appliances and delivery/installation through Lowe’s. Lowe’s took my money, and Lowe’s should take responsibility for making sure the job gets done correctly.
After four trips, repeated mistakes, hours of phone calls and frustration, I finally gave up and returned EVERYTHING.
The most frustrating part? Home Depot stepped in and helped me accomplish what Lowe’s could not: getting a washer and dryer delivered and installed without turning it into a part-time job for the customer.
Lowe’s seriously needs to reevaluate its appliance delivery and installation process and the vendors representing its name. Customers should not have to chase multiple companies, correct delivery mistakes, repeatedly rearrange their schedules, and spend six-plus hours trying to get two basic appliances installed.
This was one of the worst retail and delivery experiences I have ever had. After this experience, I would absolutely NOT recommend purchasing an appliance from Lowe’s if you need delivery or installation.
A company the size of Lowe’s should be embarrassed by how badly this was handled.

A decent store. I usually shop there because it is closer than HD but will now reconsider as they track you coming and going with Flock cameras at both entrances. They do not value their customer's privacy.

I shop at Lowe's because it offers Veterans a 10% discount. It isn't worth it considering that my time was wasted today after making two trips to the Deptford location. My first trip was to make a purchase that required employee assistance. After spending several minutes standing around aisle 14 waiting for someone to help me, I went ahead and made the purchase. I returned later in the day after the items I initially bought were incorrect and asked to speak to a supervisor. One was on lunch the other was preoccupied. I picked out the same item but different size and then waited several minutes for Lowe's computer system to process an exchange. I don't know what is going on, but Lowe's needs to do better. I'll be taking my business to Home Depot.

went in for some lumber. they had the 5—4x4x8’ that were actually inside, blocked by pallets of concrete. I knew they had some outside so I figured i’d grab them on the way out, since the 3 employees on the forklift were more involved with their conversation than helping customers. I paid and went to grab them and noticed they were stacked all the way up. Went back in and ask the guys if they could pull a bundle down. The bearded guy said (very ignorantly) they are in the next aisle. I went and climbed around the concrete to get to them. 1 was good. the rest were cracked and broken. I told them that they are trash and I still need them to get the bundle down. the little spanish guy said “well you’ll have to wait!” I asked how long and he just shrugged. so I said ok i’ll handle it. I went out and climbed up to grab one myself. All of a sudden they had all the time in the works and came right out. Their conversation wasn’t important anymore.
Almost everyone at this lowe’s is awesome. These 2 were the most ignorant people I have ever met. They acted like me, a customer, was bothering them cause I asked for help. Stick to Home Depot where they care about customers.
