She was EXCEPTIONAL. Not just good. Not just helpful. Genuinely, remarkably, outstandingly exceptional. April listened to every concern I had with patience and warmth that you almost never find in customer service anymore. She didn’t rush me, she didn’t transfer me to three different departments, and she didn’t read from a script. There are times when I need to access my unit outside of regular hours, and the 24 hour availability helped out plenty. If you need safe, clean and affordable storage, definitely keep Extra Space Storage in mind!
