We hired Carney Tree Service over other local companies. We first met with an arborist tree service that didn't work out because their approach didn't seem to make sense for our issues. They recommended not removing certain limbs to ensure the tree's future health, as did Mark from Carney Tree Services. We discussed his approach over our needs and came to a win-win approach that we were both comfortable with. He and his crew did a stellar job. I know because I used to be a tree surgeon when younger. We discussed spikes on trees vs. the varieties that can absorb them, and the bark that you should not use them on. They did more work on each tree than expected. They had a great attitude and cleaned up the yard better than it looked before they started. Their price was extremely competitive, given their understanding of the project's magnitude and the foliage in the canopy that went over our home and detached garage. Hands down, a professional, personal-style company. They came highly recommended and delivered. I had one or two minor concerns. Mark, the owner, came back the next morning to go over them. I would hire them back if we ever need tree work again, since we have many trees on our property. BTW, I hate doing reviews; I only trust the negative reviews. This is the first time I have felt warranted in offering my true feelings about a company I believe in a positive way.

Carney tree service gave us an excellent price for our tree removal. The work was quick, completely thorough, and the result was great. The organization was easy to work with. All of our interactions were hassle free. I especially enjoyed my interactions with Tina.. I highly recommend Carney Tree Service, and I would gladly use them again.

Mark was great to work with. We had a tree fall on Friday, and he was there Monday to take care of it. They removed the tree, ground the stumps, moved and put back our furniture, and cleaned everything up completely. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

A rare find. This company came highly recommended to me by my landscape company. Everything went smoothly from estimate to scheduling to job completion and this is something I rarely find. Mark had excellent suggestions and was very easy to talk with. I was very happy with the estimate and was scheduled in a great period of time. When the crew came, they were on time polite, did a terrific job, including excellent cleanup. I highly recommend them to anyone who was looking.
