Was having a difficult time finding someone to repair them and as they were very expensive and relatively new, I did not want to replace them. Besides, both were the center shades of matching windows and the color probably would not have matched after 3 years. Alan arrived promptly, took them down, spent the better part of 3 hours repairing them and then reinstalled them. They are working like new. He is an old school honest professional who cares for his customer and doesn't try to sell you replacements to "make a buck". I'm so happy I found him and would not hesitate for a second to recommend him to anyone. Considering his travel and time spent his fee was very reasonable. Thank you Alan!

I am so happy not to have to purchase new window treatments - Alan is the best find!
