  It's the first time I've ever shopped for furniture at Raymour & Flanigan. It was overall a great experience. I was searching for a small sofa/sleeper sectional with storage. By golly I found it AND at a great price! Super happy with the service provided in general, including the delivery.

  Came here and Jay assisted me and my husband with getting a sofa and area rug! He was so patient and helpful and really walked us through everything so we understood exactly what we were getting! I would definitely recommend coming here and dealing with Jay!

  Rose was amazing we have been shopping furniture stores for the last few weeks and we had an idea but she really helped with color choice and narrowing down options for size and she really worked with us for a long time looked at pics of our new house and we will absolutely be back to work with her and as we furnish our new home

  Im giving this review because I genuinely had a great experience at the Cherry Hill R&F. We were searching for a sofa and recliner set and honestly we're not really going male a decision today. We were just looking. Our sales person Rose A. was super helpful non invasive but always within sight and promptly helped with any questions we we had and gave us suggestions along the way. Sales done right in my opinion. Engaged but not intrusive. Ultimately we made a decision and went with the Starlight set in ocean. The ladies at the desk were super helpful in handling the details and getting us setup for when we need delivery. Thanks once again to Rose A.

  If I could pick 0 I would , they lie to make a sale, tell you furniture will be delivered within two weeks and never call because its back ordered, refunds take 7-10 days to get back . This store needs to be out of business . When dealing with customers they need to know the truth and not what they want to hear so Kia can get her commission check
