  Zachery was extremely helpful! My husband and I are very tall, and he took us directly to the loveseat options that would fit. He was thorough and informative without being at all pushy. It was a great shopping experience, and we have a beautiful new piece of furniture.

  Stylish and comfortable. Very pleased with the sales person Andy, delivery updates were helpful and the team was courteous and knew how to navigate and set up. I highly recommend delivery!

  In Feb 2026, I purchased a pillow top mattress, unfortunately it was too soft. I spoke to store salesman "J" and was informed that I could take advantage of the "comfort guarantee," return the mattress and purchase another of my choice. I therefore purchased a Beautyrest Series 1 and paid an additional $1,000.00, totaling over $ 3,000.00. When the new mattress arrived, to my disappointment, the mattress appeared flimsy and not like a new mattress. I immediately sat on the bed and noticed it was so soft and too low, I commented to the delivery guys, there had to be a mistake! It looked like an old mattress that was being passed off as new. When you sit on it, there is absolutely no edge guard, you feel like you are sliding off the bed. As if, the mattress had years of wear and tear causing the edge support to diminish. In total frustration, I revisited Raymour and Flanigan and spoke to the manager "A", who insisted the mattress was new and there was nothing he could do to help me, plain and simple I am struck with this old worn mattress. It has been a few weeks sleeping on this mattress, it is very uncomfortable, extremely, soft and unusually low. I have never experienced such a disappointment in a product that supposed to promote a good night's rest; a place we run to at the end of a long day, expecting to find comfort, to only end up dreading to go to sleep at night. Sadly, my husband has issues with his back and sleeping on this mattress is exacerbating the problem. Buyers Beware!! I am convinced that RNF are selling used mattresses and calling them new comfort warranty replacements.

  I highly recommend. My sales associate, Jackie L., was great! There was no pressure to purchase. She checked in with us periodically and when we made a decision to purchase, she was very knowledgeable, she knew the layout of the store. We purchased a living room set. She could tell us the name of the manufacturer by sight. She explained the purchase step by step by utilizing the receipt. No misunderstanding on the purchase. I love it! The most amazing thing that stands out is the professionalism and kindness.

  I WAS ABLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH HAHNS IN CHERRY CREEK, NJ. I WAS NOTIFIED BY MY BROTHER IN KY THAT HE WAS ARRIVING SOON FOR ONE WEEK STAY. ALL OTHER FURNITURE STORES WERE NOT ABLE TO GUARANTEE A QUICK DELIVERY. HAHNS WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !! HE EXPEDIATED A SOFA BED ORDER AND IT ARRIVED TODAY..4 DAYS BEFORE MY BROTHER'S ARRIVAL. HAHNS IS VERY KIND, COURTEOUS AND EXPLAINED ALL DETAILS OF OUR TRANSACTION, KEEPING UP TO DATE ON EVERYTHING. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HAHNS FOR ANY FURNITURE PURCHASES! I CANNOT THANK HIM ENOUGH FOR EVERYTHING!!!!!
