  The sales associate marched me around the showroom until we found a mattress within my price range. The woman that processed my payment was extremely helpful and personable. My interactions with both Raymour employees were awesome!

  Joe was excellent from the moment we walked through the doors to the closing of our choice in our furniture. He took much care in allowing us to find some pieces we were looking for and then helped us with simplifying the process with our needs. He was very honest with the styles of furniture but still allowed us to really make a decision for ourselves. Would definitely recommend them to anyone that have an idea of what they’re looking for and needs someone to bring them home. Next is a new bedroom set! We’ll be seeing Joe again soon!

  Andy was my salesman and we found him to be a delight. He was kind and informative. What I liked most was that he was not pushy and allowed myself and a friend to casually browse through the store on our own but was available when we had questions. It was a very pleasant experience. *****

  We went to Raymour in cherry hill to do some mattress research. Andy walked us through the whole process and was so great! We don't particularly like having to work with sales people but we were pleasantly surprised how comfortable and happy we felt after working with Andy to pick a mattress! Ask for him!

  First, we had an outstanding refund that was never processed and when I bought it to their attention the manager looked into immediately and not only rectified the situation but explained why it happened. I appreciated that additional info. In addition, the first sales associate who serviced myself and family disappeared after showing us a few sleepers. We went to the back of the store then to the front and to the back again. Not sure why he didn't show us all the sofa beds while in the area. I have an injured foot with a boot on so the back in forth didn't help. To add, he was walking so fast and so far ahead of family and I. We went to the back of the store again and basically he told us to pull it out ourselves and that he would be back. He returned about 5 min. later and had some questions about the first sofa we viewed. We really wanted to purchase but didn't feel like he deserved the credit. I was disappointed and decided not to purchase that evening. After speaking with a store manager he apologized and gave me his card and told me to ask for him if we decided to buy and he will make sure we were serviced properly. Again, the same person who rectified our refund issue went out of his way to be sure we had all the info. we needed in regards to the sofa and gave us a perk as well during the purchase when we returned a couple days later. I appreciate Raymour and Flanigan making it right during another store purchase. I'm looking forward to another delivery of quality furniture for our new home.
