  From the moment I placed my order, the customer service at Lovesac was exceptional. A huge thank you to Mackenna and Alex! They were friendly, professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They kept me updated, answered every question I had, and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Their communication and willingness to help really stood out. I’m currently in the middle of buying a new home, and I honestly wish the homebuying process was as smooth and seamless as purchasing my Lovesac couch. That’s how easy they made the experience. Outstanding customer service is hard to find these days, and Mackenna and Alex exceeded every expectation. They turned what could have been a stressful purchase into an enjoyable one. If you’re thinking about buying a Lovesac, you can feel confident knowing you’re in great hands at this location!

  My experience with Lovesac was amazing. Customer service is top notch. (Thank you Lindsey from the Haddonfield Rd store!) The furniture is super comfortable, but don't believe the one person/two hour video. I got 5 storage seats with angle backs and the thicker cushions. It took 5 people 6 hours to get them set up. The worst of was putting the covers on the sections. In spite of that, 5++ stars.

  Wonderful customer service. I wasn’t sure about what setup I wanted and they broke down and explained all my options and different things I can do. They were very patient and responsive to all of my questions. They helped me get the perfect setup and I couldn’t be happier with the couch that I purchased. I would highly recommend going into the store if you are thinking about getting a Lovesac couch.

  I made the investment in the lovsac after much contemplation. So happy I did. I walked into the Cherry Hill Store and was greeted by Mackenna and so my journey began. She took her time explaining, using the diagrams to show me various ways I could setup my system; and the ease in which the system is installed. Since, I have made various additions to the product and continue to be happy I made the investment. I would recommend shopping this location aside have primarily worked with Mackenna I have encountered other staff who was equally patient.
