He is constantly looking at his phone while talking with you. And every question you ask is answered with “I don’t know “. My pool was put in five years ago with all Hayward equipment. But this store supposedly never has any of the replacement parts for my Hayward equipment. If others are treated the way I am treated I have no clue why they have repeat customers.
